Lacinda checked me out and wow was she rude! I had a few items that were the color of the week sale items and she didn't ring them up on sale and tried to say there wasn't any money on a store credit card that I just got the day prior from another location, I had the receipt, she tried 3 times and it finally went through. She refused to acknowledge a customer that asked her a question mid transaction. I just wanted to get out of there!

I love the stuff at this Goodwill and think it's one of the better ones, but I'll never not be disgusted by the choice to close fitting rooms permanently. As an able bodied person with enough money to stay comfortable, it's not a big deal, but Goodwill is supposed to be for a community of people with higher needs. To deny them access to fitting rooms and force them to come back and return it if it doesn't fit instead, for store credit too I think, is really just the opposite of the mission. Also, prices should not be going up with inflation when your products are given to you for free.

Probably one of the most poorly organized Goodwill stores I've been to. There are dozens of circular racks in the store, and it just seems like random items of clothing are scattered throughout. It's hard to figure out what size you're looking for ... it's hard to find a particular type of top (long sleeve, sweaters, cardigans, all mixed up. It is overwhelming. This store would benefit from much better organization.

Bring gloves, but you can find some treasures buried in the bins. Prices are decent for what's there.

All the good items are now auctioned off online and the stores are mostly left with crud which they overprice.I found a a pair of used shoes that were marked 24.99 that sell new at Walmart for 19.99.

omg i'm BLOWN away ... dressing rooms are closed permanently, and you can't return any items for cashback... Only for a store credit! That's ridiculous! Change it up or you've lost my business forever, and I am / used to be a big-time repeat customer... As well as a donator!

Absolutely ridiculous. That you cannot use the change in rooms anymore. This is my take, they will let you take the item home knowing that if it doesn't fit, you bring it back to get a store credit, so they've got your money anyway. If I could leave no stars I would leave no stars. . From a very disgruntled customer.

In a time where Goodwill has become crazy with their pricing I found that this one is good by comparison. There are still items here and there that the pricing is laughable and cheap gooey shoes for 14.99 when they are Target brand and just gross is wasteful. Unless brand new or high end, used shoes should be cheap. Anyway this place still does half off certain color tags. You can hunt for that color and half off makes the prices back to pre-pandemic prices. There were plenty of employees and they all seemed to be doing a really great job. Friendly and positive. Out of Aurora and Castle Rock and Parker this is the better priced location.

Out of the Goodwill locations, I've visited from Parker, Fort Collins, Denver, Arvada, Englewood, and a few others. This one, in my opinion, has the greatest opportunity for growth in areas beyond the sales floor.
