Walked in and forced to talk to this girl. I tried buying something off the shelf that clearly is marked 79.99. So you would think going up to the register the price for this would be 79.99. Nope, $100. Why would I ever go back when I have Costco ✌️

It’s 10:50 and the store is locked. The hours posted on the website and the door say 10-8. Nobody is answering the phone either.

My "consultant" (read: kid at the desk) James would not stop pestering me about getting a gnc account. I can understand pushing past one no, but the fact that I had to tell him no FOUR TIMES? Decent stock, not too decent service.

GNC service is always great but this time it was exceptional! Walked in to the Alameda GNC (bf and I are new to the area) and employees were so welcoming, went above and beyond to help us find our products and give us the best deals. So happy my boyfriend is a Pro Member! Great store!

Horrible experience, I came in to the store as I always do expecting to buy pre workout. I was instantly told majority of products in store you have to be 18 to buy. This may be true but I have a pro membership at gnc and go quite frequently and have NEVER been told you have to be 18 to buy preworkout. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location.

I just called to request a product I’ve been having extreme difficulty finding, and Shannon just gave me the best customer service. As a retail store manager myself, I would love to have someone as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as her on my staff 24/7 - it feels rare to find an employee that exemplifies all 3 as well as Shannon just did. I never take time to leave reviews or call people back, but I even called her back to thank her for her kindness and very, very helpful advice. I hope GNC knows what a valuable asset they have in her!!!

Who ever is the manager or owner of this location needs to give the employee who worked today 2/17/21 a raise.. ASAP! He made me feel like a friend and not a customer. He helped me with choosing my products and had such a great attitude that made my day better. Thank you to this employee.
