Aga and her husband are great and set me up with a tuxedo set (jacket, pants, shirt, cuff/shirt links) at a great price. Service was quick and no frills. Got the pants hemmed with a 1-week turnaround. Now that I own my own tux, I won't be needing to come back to rent one, but maybe I'll return if I need another color!

Both workers helped me out and made sure everything fit. I was stressed because it was my first suit, and they let me take my time. Got a James Bond style and got complimented the whole night. Will be back for other occasions

Brought my son in for a homecoming suit. From beginning to finish we were taking care of with it utmost professionalism. My son was ecstatic with his outfit. Will definitely be using the gentleman's collection for any future formal events. Highly recommended.

High-end fashion's last hope, but ruined by unprofessional management:I've searched far and wide for a store that carries exotic menswear, and it seems like this is the closest you can come to an authentic Victorian suit boutique. It's heart-breaking to see an art form dying because of this company's disrespect.I've worked with an older woman, who seems to have a very poor understanding of social cues and their merchandise. Sometimes I would ask her a question, and she would just silently stare at me like a deer in headlights, (instead of even attempting to answer), making for really uncomfortable and unhelpful interactions.I've also frequently worked with the owner, Peter, who is a cold and dismissive man. He guilt-tripped me into buying tuxedo pants that were 3 sizes too big, and I fell for his manipulation. When I took them to the tailor, she literally laughed at me because they looked ridiculous and they were impossible to fix. When I attempted to return them, I had to visit the store multiple times before they would accept my return, and they charged me a 20% restocking fee ?Many items are also currently locked in their storage facility, which is understandable but extremely inconvenient. I've had to wait for days on end (on multiple occasions), for Peter to MAYBE make a trip to storage, just to find out if he even had the product I'm looking for.Alas, it appears the age of the internet is upon us, and there's no hope for authentic human interaction ?

They alter things and make sure if anything needs to be fixed, it will be fixed. The service is awesome. Even for last moments they will get it done.

I've been to a lot of men's stores in the area. This one tops them all!!! No need to go anywhere else. I'm coming here for my suit needs!!They're one of the best and they will wait on you hand and foot.
