I've had issues here before but this one takes the cake. I placed an online order for in store pickup. I paid with 50% gift card and 50% credit card. For some reason they cancelled the order due to no stock and said they'd refund to credit card and gift card. I gave them the 3 business days to refund and my gift card balance was still 0 so I call and they said I need to come in to get the gift card reissued. Annoying but ok. I show up and the rep at the desk said she needs her manager to reissue, ok fine. Come to find out the manager is on "inventory count" with some district managers and isn't available for another hour. Only found out after waiting half an hour for him to show up. Worst customer service ever and now I'll have to wait for the manager to call me, then drive back to this store again to get my gift card back.

I've lived in the area for 13 years and spent quite a bit of money remodeling my house and landscaping my yard and three years later my kitchen appliance package is still not functional. Ya no water or ice coming out of the refrigerator and they have passed the buck the whole time and not just with this project. No thank you. Go else where and probably not a good idea to go to Home Depot and they don't back any of their large products. I'm sorry.

This is strictly for the paint department. The kids working behind the desk can't take an order. I presented my order for a quart of paint, interior, eggshell and the color. I walked around for about 20 minutes and came back and he asked how he could help me. Had to explain everything again, five minutes later he calls me over and asks me every question that I had already answered for him. Another 20 minutes later I finally got my paint.

I really want to like this Home Depot, but I've had more unpleasant experiences here than not. Twice I've reserved tools several days in advance, only to have them canceled on me (by Home Depot) hours before pickup due to nothing being in stock, even though there were 4 when I reserved them. Another time all I needed was a rechargeable battery for my ryobi kit. They were locked up, so I asked an employee for help. They said they didn't have the key, and that they'd get someone for me. That happened with 5 different employees and took 25 minutes to get one thing. Going to take my business elsewhere.

Horrific experience with this home depot - took a week of my life to get anyone to try and help. Staff lie and supervisors and managers seem to be both inept and unhelpful and rude. BEWARE! shop anywhere else but here!

I love this Home Depot. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They provide excellent customer service. They will help resolve any issues you have until you are satisfied. The store manager Alejandro is also extremely kind and helpful.

Hard worker named either Cameron or Collin? Was very helpful in assisting my wife and I load our new refrigerator into our truck bed. He noticed we needed help and without a second thought, came to help. Good job! Glad to see some of our younger generation have work ethics.....

Worst possible experience/bought appliances (range, refgr, micro) for rental/Home Depot could not properly install microwave so they left and did not remove the old appliances as I had paid for. They charge $25 for each appliance and they left 3 old appliances in my condo on the 40th floor of a hi rise. Now it is going to cost me $400 to hire someone to take them, pay for the elevator again,etc. Tried 5 times to get Home depot to give me credit for the microwave, the payment to install the microwave, and refund me the haul away charges. Put on hold 3 times, on the phone now for 2 hours over 2 days to get this done. I hate this company and will never step foot in their stores again

I ordered a gas grill and paid to have it delivered today, paying extra to get in a 4 hour window. Well here I sit after taking a day off and no grill and no satisfactory resolution. My whole shopping experience with them has sucked from the beginning. NEVER SHOP at the Home Depot store in Lakewood or be really smart and don't shop at any Home Depot.
