Terrible experience. middle eastern guy in the tools department said home depot doesn't help with questions about tools and that I should call the manufacture. Even if that were true, he was very rude about it.

Lakewood Home Depot rental center is a literal waste of time and full of complete idiots…I rent a truck and get home and can’t use the hitch because it’s locked.I call them to see why and they say they can only tow THEIR equipment with a rental…DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION BEFORE RENTING!If I’m renting a tool and can only use PART of the tool, it should be CLEARLY EXPRESSED WHEN RENTING. I shouldn’t have to ASK if I can use the whole truck. I shouldn’t have to ask if I can use INDIVIDUAL parts of a rental truck?Can I use the stereo!?!? Can I use the windows!?!?!? I didn’t even get that far…Rent the ENTIRE truck or disclose if I can’t…DO BETTER HOME DEPOT!
