“I recently ordered a few desks for the company that I work for from the Furniture Row located in Colorado Springs. Initially there was a delay in the delivery however we were okay with waiting for a few weeks. On delivery day, one of two desks were assembled and delivered. The second desk had been damaged so they told us it would take a week or two to have it re-delivered. That wasn't a problem. Two weeks later I called to get a date for the delivery and was told that it wouldn't be delivered for two more weeks as there was only one delivery crew and they were stretched thin. I was livid as we had executives scheduled to visit the next week...AND our office is less than 2 miles from the store! I called the store and spoke with Jesus. He was courteous, empathetic, professional, and was able to get the desk assembled and delivered the very next day. We purchase ALL of our office furniture from this store and will continue to do so thanks to Jesus.”

I'm renting to own a beautiful couch from these guys, the couch came promptly on the date scheduled, no charge for delivery and installation, and they even called me 3 weeks after delivery to check up on things. Great job guys and I will be back!”
