I’ve never written a bad review before. And I wish this was about customer service because something could be done about that. But instead it’s because I called to see if they had a waterbed mattress for our soft side waterbed we purchased from them and they had no idea what I was talking about and told me they wouldn’t stay open an extra 5mins so we could make it there and either purchase a new mattress or a repair kit as it supposedly gets flagged by corporate that they stayed open later.

I recently ordered a few desks for the company that I work for from the Furniture Row located in Colorado Springs. Initially there was a delay in the delivery however we were okay with waiting for a few weeks. On delivery day, one of two desks were assembled and delivered. The second desk had been damaged so they told us it would take a week or two to have it re-delivered. That wasn't a problem. Two weeks later I called to get a date for the delivery and was told that it wouldn't be delivered for two more weeks as there was only one delivery crew and they were stretched thin. I was livid as we had executives scheduled to visit the next week...AND our office is less than 2 miles from the store! I called the store and spoke with Jesus. He was courteous, empathetic, professional, and was able to get the desk assembled and delivered the very next day. We purchase ALL of our office furniture from this store and will continue to do so thanks to Jesus.

I am giving two stars for the actual quality of the furniture. My experience with Furniture Row has been nothing short of ridiculous. I purchased made to order Amish furniture in July of 2022. I am still waiting on 1 piece, to be delivered in August of 2023. They originally quoted me 3 months to get my furniture. It came in in pieces (over the course of Dec 2022 and August 2023). They said they would call me and deliver things as they came in - they never called, I had to call them every single month to check on status and they'd be like, oh yeah, your table is here, we can deliver that. My nightstands showed up and they were two different stain colors, with two different sets of hardware - neither of which were what I selected, so another 4 months for them to start over, no rush order. They delivered some of my dining chairs and one showed up broken in Feb, so now I'm still waiting on that chair... If you're really not in a hurry and can put up with this type of service, the furniture is pretty nice.

They purposely don't inform you of their foolish "cash" policy. If you pay cash, you have to wait 7 to 10 days for them to refund it. And then you have to drive back to the store to get it. Travis the store manager wasn't pleasant or professional when questioned about the policy, and tried to make me feel stupid for not knowing...and then gave a nasty attitude when asked why he was acting this way. He was also the one who originally rang us up, yet didn't say a word. Pathetic example of good management.

We went into Furniture Row Saturday, 6/17, to purchase furniture for a rental. We walked around for over 30 minutes and not one single sales rep asked us if we needed any help. There was a sales woman walking around speaking to other customers, a sales guy riding around on a scooter asking people, a woman at the register just standing there...nothing. It actually became a mission between my husband and I. We went in the vicinity of the sales woman and were talking about sofas in front of her to see if she would ask us if she could help...she did not. So, we left and went to Cherry Creek and were able to find a salesperson who helped us layout and order everything. I would also like to point out, the quality of the furniture is not great and we were not impressed with pricing at all. We did not spend much more by going to the store in Cherry Creek, had a much more helpful, pleasant experience and we were even offered coffee lol. So, save your time, patience and quality by just skip the stop at Furniture Row.

Furniture delivered damaged 6 weeks ago and still waiting for it to be repaired. Another piece in the delivery was not adjusted properly and has since sustained damage.No follow up by salesman or management with updates. Was told the damaged piece would be repaired and delivered two weeks ago. Called for update and told it will now be several more weeks. $37,000 worth of furniture purchased and not $1's worth of customer service.

I have purchased several items here in the past... maybe one a year. Last time i went and was intererested in couch but wanted to compare one other place.. Manager said to but and they could refund if i changed my mind. I changed my mind and went in and told them to cancel.. They said no problem but it was never cancelled and i started getting bills. Went back and they tried to hard sell on something else. then the manager could not be found. He was hiding. On top of that the price is over twice as much as American. Maybe a little better but not that much. Anyway i wont go back.

We purchased a water bed mattress after ours started leaking. David was our sales person and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He was a consummate professional and it was wonderful to work with him. I would absolutely go back and make future purchases.
