Four Seasons Automotive has done necessary repairs on my car for many years and does the work as reasonably as possible and as quickly as possible. Their staff/service department deal with me in a professional manner and are very pleasant as well.

Booked an oil change appointment, the check engine light came on before the appointment so they bumped our appointment up so they could diagnose and fix the engine while also doing the oil change.
They ended up charging us $100 to do the diagnosis and then told us that they don’t do engine work. In addition, they didn’t complete the oil change which was the entire reason we had the appointment.
We had to pick the car up (no oil change or engine work done) and pay for the diagnosis just to take it to another place to pay for the same diagnosis.
This shop does NOT do any internal engine work. Do not come here if your check engine light is on. They should tell customers that they can’t do engine work before agreeing to diagnose.
We spent an extra $100 for absolutely no reason and didn’t even have our oil changed. We were required to pay an additional diagnosis fee at another shop on top of this cost when they ethically should have just turned us away to begin with.
