Cierra was excellent. The cut and beard trim were sharp, and she was very friendly and courteous. The shampoo/scalp massage was incredible, and combined with the hot towel and the hot lather neck shave, the overall experience was phenomenal and very relaxing.
Stylist: Cierra was top notch! Incredibly experienced with cutting, and worked with me and my hair type/face shape to give me a great haircut. I’m glad I opted for the shampoo and hot towel because the scalp massage was amazing…I could’ve fallen asleep!

Had a 2:30 appointment and was bumped because I was 8 minutes late due to some bad traffic. The last 2 times I was here before that I waited close to 30 minutes even with an appointment. Which is fine, it’s a service industry and I don’t mind waiting. But to bump me after only 8 minutes is just bad service.
Decent haircuts here but not worth the scheduling hassle. Nearly impossible to get an appointment same day or even the day before and then when you can finally find a time slot you get bumped. I’m an excellent tipper and in twice a month but I’ll go elsewhere next time. Not worth the hassle for a 15 minute trim.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a place to get a haircut. I made an appointment. When I got to the front desk, there was a hairstylist with really long colorful blond braids that was irate with the girl at the front desk. The way she was speaking to her made me really uncomfortable. If you have an issue with someone, keep it professional and don't air it out in front of a customer. As I was waiting she continued to go up to the front desk periodically to be rude and confrontational. I was so uncomfortable that I canceled my appointment. I'm going to try to find some place happier and more relaxing.

I recently had a haircut at your establishment and was very pleased with the results. The barber who cut my hair was friendly and welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I also received an eyebrow and nose wax from another stylist, who was equally friendly and professional. I would highly recommend your establishment to anyone looking for a great haircut or other grooming services. I will definitely be returning regularly for my haircuts.

I’m very upset cuz I’ve never had a botched haircut before. My front hairline is very slanted and the sides are very uneven. Also, I booked online the haircut and shampoo with Jordan but he didn’t shampoo my hair which was fine cuz I didn’t bother reminding him either. When I checked out the front desk lady asked if I wanted any product on my hair but I said no cuz it needed to be applied to my hair before I got out of the chair and paid. Very bad experience I really hope my hair will grow out fast so I can go somewhere to fix it.

Cierra did an amazing job on my hair. I was seeing my barber for about 12 years and she retired while I was on an extended adventure vacation. Saw another person at the Lakewood Floyds but wasn't 100% satisfied. Came back from said vacation and randomly got Cierra and now I think I found my new Barber. Cierra cut my hair just how I wanted it and love it. Thanks Floyds and especially thank you Cierra!
