Excellent place to print, fax, make copies, or ship/mail packages. There were a few machines that needed repair. The staff were very helpful and I was able to get the results I needed for some signage and posters that I didn't get back from a printer in time for an event. Thank you!

I had Office Depot make some copies of diplomas for me yesterday and they took 3 minutes to do it and they came out mostly crooked and cut off, even after they’d done some of them 5 times and just asked me which one I wanted.
I came to see them here at FedEx. Aaron spent 20 minutes doing the same job, manually editing the borders and printing them damn near identically. His attention to detail was so impressive and appreciated. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a client request a quick turn around mass mailing and I needed legal size envelopes for mailing ( I can order these to be delivered from Fedex for free to my office but lag time is 3-5 days). After stopping by the North Wadsworth store they provided what they had recieving 30 envelopes then they called this store to verify they had additional supplies. With two children and $2,500.00 of printed fedex labels I proceeded to this store. The employee (Brad I think) was rude and after seeming annoyed I asked for these envelopes he went to the back, tossed around boxes rippided out a hand full of envelopes from a full box and gave me 10. Said he have to charge for addiational supplies. I tried to reiterate what I was doing and why but he called the next customer with no help to me. I proceeded to the Shipsite in Belmar, they gave me the supplies they had, 50 envelopes and offered to call around for more. Avoid this store and enjoy the drive north or south, why put up with it. Who sends away a customer with $2,500.00 in maiings and two kids in tow? The Belmar or Arvada stores are worth the drive.

We went in to ship over 200 lbs of business assets that were in 8-10 different sized duffel bags.
Jonah (asst. mgr) helped us by recommending proper sized boxes and saved us hundreds of dollars in expected shipping costs. The same shipment cost us nearly $800 inbound and Jonah got us under $500 on the way back. FedEx should promote this guy to CEO.

They were nice people here but i could not get them to produce a good passport photo. We re-did it twice, i paid $15 for photos and $65 to ship to canada and my passport still got rejected because the photos were bad quality.

Amazing customer service! Was just there and the young guy at the counter (blonde crew type cut) was totally amazing on the previous phone call and during my quick, very pleasant visit! I mentioned the box isn't the greatest and he said he'll do some TLC! Wow - you don't find service like this these days! Thank you!

We had a great experience printing all of the signage for our wedding at this location. Both Viktor and Jonah worked with us every step of the way, clearly explaining everything, and offering suggestions. They were extremely diligent in ensuring everything came out as we intended. For years I live in a building but for some reason they never deliver because there to lazy to get out the truck. They return! 4 order this has happened and,have talked to 4 different people and still has not fixed the issue . Make sure to only go with Amazon delivery only !!!!!!!
