I have printed many dozens of documents at various FedEx locations and other quick-print-and-ship vendors. Mia is far and away the best print technician I’ve encountered. She makes this FedEx my favorite location.

I don't blame the people working here for my negative experience- they are doing the best they can with the ridiculous rules FedEx has in place. I tried to use the self-print kiosk which ended up malfunctioning so the employee who I asked to troubleshoot the kiosk checked me out at the counter. Even though the self-print kiosk was broken, I was charged a ~25% markup for the employee to print my documents. On top of that, I watched my documents finish printing only to be told I'd have to pick it up tomorrow or pay an extra 15% fee for same day printing. So to summarize, I'm paying a premium for their machine being broken and making an extra trip to pick up my documents that will just be sitting in the store all day.Again, not faulting the employees here but truly terrible company policies from the top. Next time I'll look for a local business that takes better care of their customers.

Customer service is beyond in this location. Staff are nice and friendly. They will help you with anything you need in line of packaging and shipping. You can see real smiles behind those masks. The staff eyes twinkle and talks to you “thank you for using fedex” :)

My husband and I went into FedEx Office with a simple print, sign, scan job and Victor was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out. We left and said "we need to write a google review just to give Victor a shout out because he was awesome!" So here it is!
