Service is so poor, can't help me track my package, rude customer service people based out of the Philippines, horrible. We need to bring jobs back to the USA and customer service needs needs to be a focus of for American companies.

We've always had great deliveries, but when the delivery driver saw us outside with our dog, and brought him a cookie bone that was almost as big as him...well let's just say he's welcome at our home anytime!!!!
