Beautiful hotel, clean rooms and breakfast was good. Staff was always friendly. Website said heated outside pool but it was closed when we were there.

Everyone in the staff was awesome and had exceptional customer service skills. They were very helpful and accommodating during my long stay. Made things go smooth for me and went above and beyond where other hotels seem to fall short and do things that are convenient for them. The hospitality was so refreshing and much appreciated. The rooms were clean and location was good. It is close to a lot of good restaurants and convenience stores.

I booked a night with this hotel and arrived at 9pm. My room was wrong. We changed rooms to a room on the corner which seemed to be where everyone had their conversations. In addition to this, my wife and I set the AC to 60 and the fan on high to keep the room cool. The AC didn't work and it was hot all through the night. Then to make matters one hundred times worse, after I get out of the shower I was looking through my bag for clothes to wear for the day and I look up to see the hotel room door open. It was a lady with the hotel who had a clipboard. And I am lead to believe she was just going around and checking who was already checked out. My wife and I were not and she opened the door wide as I'm naked digging through my bag. It is not my intentions of getting anyone in trouble, but it's really simple to knock. On top of that, isn't Marriott the Hotel that got in trouble when the Erin Andrews issue happened.? The hotel offered me free points to use toward the cost of my next stay. What next stay? You just walked in on me naked and made me feel uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Limited parking in the front. We checked in and when entering the room we saw a dirty sock left by previous visitor. There was black hair on the bed. In fairness this could be house keepings hair, but after the sock I was not taking chances. We asked for fresh bedding and staff was very friendly and told us we need to come get it. The rooms were updated but their are no fans in the bathroom. The main area is pleasant and well kept. Breakfast was overpriced ( not included) for quality and food options. Not the worst place I have stayed but not the best either. I would stay again if I could not find anything else in area.

Amazing customer service from Dan in the lobby from start of check in to finish! Beautiful lobby and spacious, smells clean and you know you're in for a nice stay. Our room was awesome, only recommendation would be more outlets in the room. For people who have to work there is very few outlets to plug in.

Awesome hotel! The rooms and lobby are welcoming and spotless. The only thing better than the cleanliness of this property is the amazing staff. Went their to watch a concert at the redrocks. The staff were absolutely amazing. I wish they had a drinking water fountain. Room was absolutely great. Only issue was that bathroom door kept closing automatically, when I needed it to be open.

3.5 out of 5 stars honestly but will round up for good measureBeds are decent, AC actually works in the rooms, bathrooms are clean. Beware there is only one person who checks in the afternoon and she makes you fully aware how this place "wouldn't survive without her". Wasn't too happy about breakfast. There was a baseball tournament and a high number of children staying there. Because of this the free breakfast was torn apart in seconds. We did not have an opportunity to have a decent breakfast as there was nothing left and whatever was brought out was devoured immediately by the baseball group. Additionally, Food and drink were spilled everywhere. I understand the hotel doesn't have much control on who stays but they do have control of how clean the area was. For almost an hour there was a large puddle of spilled juice on the floor. An employee threw a towel and a sign on it - a mop up did not happen. Thankfully no one slipped on it.
