Place is great, super secure, need a code to get into everything. Nobody is getting in your stuff. Tim and Melissa did great and were very helpful.

I hate that there is not an option for zero stars.I have rented a storage unit at this facility for about a year. Throughout the year there have been some shady characters from time to time, but I have never really had an issue. Until today, my husband and I went to drop a few things off at our storage unit.When we got to our unit everything looked normal, the lock was in tact, and nothing looked tampered with.So it was a surprise when we opened our unit and found it had been rummaged through and a number of items were missing.We immediately went to the front desk where we notified Melisa, that a number of things were stolen from our unit.To which she said oh, there have been many break ins on the second floor and it’s been an entire police investigation.I then asked why this information was never relayed to the renters if it was a KNOWN issue that had been going on for over a month. To which Melisa, responded, “oh, we were told not to tell anyone”Now my husband and I are out over a thousand dollars worth of stuff and priceless memories that will never be restored.To those who stole our stuff! They are obviously trash, but that’s its own issue.But in my opinion it’s pretty sleezy for the management team to keep everything on a hush hush basis, in order to keep customers.Please save your money and protect your valuables and don’t rent at this facility!!!

People are living in the storage . Lock was cut. Don't recommend until changes are made. Not safe.

The only reason I gave the place any stars is because it wouldn't let me write a review unless I gave them one star.On October 27 I discovered that someone picked my lock and stole some of my property. Not only that, they left some of their stuff in my unit. Seems like an easy problem to solve because they have cameras looking over the units right? WRONG! They have no working cameras over the units but coincidentally they do have working cameras in the office and in the 2 vehicle garage. The insurance that I've been paying $11 monthly for years was denied because there was no signs of force entry and there is no camera footage of the culprits. I've been with this company since 2019 and this is my second unit I've rented from them. Why the hell are we're paying for insurance for maximum protection and piece of mind if they don't even have working cameras watching over the storage units??? The bigger issue is that many customers, including myself are often alone, sometimes for hours going through our property. What if we were a victim of a crime while up there? There would be no video footage of the crime. UNBELIEVABLE

Someone picked my lock in my unit and stole some of my stuff. I file an insurance claim to get compensated but was denied because there was no signs of force entry and because there was no video footage of the crime. The reason there wasn't any video footage of the crime is because there are no working cameras watching over the storage units. That could have solved the whole thing right there. Why are we paying for insurance if we don't have maximum protection.

I appreciate the staff and service. The other clients are...well..that's why it's 4 stars instead of 5; however, not all of the other clients are terrible. Each one according to their works.

My name is Karen I came in and talked to a Melissa very polite and answered all my questions very good sense of humor. I was just pricing but I definitely will be coming here when I'm ready to store my belongings.
