If you've been here, you know Billy and the staff have no respect for any of their guests, rooms usually not cleaned upon arrival, Billy will occasionally waive some fees for good rood reviews because they certainly don't earn them. Spend the the extra few bucks to stay anywhere else unless a 2 burner stove top is essential but they usually don't work anyway.

We have stayed at a lot of extended stays and this one has been amazing for us. The staff is always quick to address any issues we have, offer beyond reasonable solutions and always have treated us kindly. From the front desk, the housekeepers, maintenance and groundskeepers as well as the GMs, everyone has always been courteous, respectful and understanding. I even recieved help from one of the staff members getting my kiddos to the room door without asking (he politely offered). We have not had any disappointments and this has been like a home to us. Billy and Haleigh thank you for always accomodating us! To the rest of the staff and you know who you are, we appreciate you and all your hard work here. You are amazing guys! Thank you for making us feel at home, heard and cared for!Veal/Rone family

Excellent location, right off Wadsworth and the freeway. customer service is great, very attentive staff - they have always asked al my questions, assisted me and made sure i am comfortable during my stay.

The staff is very friendly very helpful the rooms are nice the only problem I thought was that the parking lots are very unsecured people roaming the parking lot all night long sitting in their cars all night long it just kind of creeped me out and I just didn't feel safe with leaving my car out there in the parking lot so I didn't sleep I highly recommend to get a security guards that can drive the parking. Lot before I spend another 100. To stay here at least have staff on duty all night keeping an eye on things . Just to watch unnecessary commotion going on outside all night long so it made me very uncomfortableSafety: I just before I come back to this hotel I would like to see little security all night long would be be nice make me feel a little more secure

I had an excellent experience with the front service desk Haleigh Taylor . She was kind and welcoming. I've never had better customer service. The room was clean. She was very sweet and patient and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Absolutely terrible. I spend more than half of the year in hotel rooms for my job and I have never ever not been able to check in after a certain time. We showed up at two in the morning and could not check into the room that I had bought. I had purchased it for a gentleman who didn’t have anywhere to stay that night and the front desk was absolutely atrocious. Super rude, unapologetic, and just upright snobby. We ended up staying at La Quinta right around the corner and they were fantastic. Took us in, and mentioned that they get a lot of extended stays customers since the front desk lady is snobby and or wont let people check in. Ridiculous. A lot to fix here.

We had to ask for a plate for our microwave on the first night here, we also asked that the microwave be cleaned. It's been two weeks (we are here on an extended stay) and we have not been able to use the microwave as it is still disgusting from the last person. We also requested that at least one of our windows could get a screen because we have a cat in the room. We are paying extra for a pet fee and can't get equipment to help keep our pet safe inside, so I can't open the window when I cook.The worst part is how I've seen management treat people. I saw one employee yelling, literally yelling at two old ladies AS THEY WERE PACKING UP AT 11AM. They apparently weren't out of the room fast enough for him. Another time i heard a woman from the front desk have to get in between another employee and a customer to stop a fight. The male employee was rude and threatened to kick the customer out. I get this is a non smoking property but he was just rude to the customer for what sounded like a "first offence".Terrible place to stay, avoid it if you can, we are trying to get out

Billy and Hayleigh took great care of me. They helped me get into a room, made sure it was clean and ready same-day so that I didn't have to haul my luggage around, and they provided excellent communication throughout my stay. I would 100% recommend this Extended Stay location because of the kindness and quality of service I received.
