This is actually for their Flatirons mall location, but since there is no Yelp page for that location, I am leaving this review here. I was in need for a new Ariat shirt and and a cowboy hat for a wedding that we were attending at the last minute out of state. However, I was not able to find the right color shirt that matched my wife's dress. I had been to several stores, was running out of patience and luck. I was the told about El Dorado at Flatirons mall, and gave them a call, and as luck would have it, they had the color that I was looking for. The young man and lady working that day were very nice and helpful, I decided to buy a new cowboy hat as well, since we were going to San Antonio, Texas (when in Rome). They were so friendly, I think I will go back and possibly get me a new pair of boots! Thanks for your assistance at the Flatirons location, Y'all rock!

I just want to say thank you to this one employee (don’t really know his name) but he had curly hair and seemed young, he was really helpful and attended me very quickly which was great! :) thank you, looking forward to being there again soon

My experience at this store went above and beyond what I ever expected. I had the best customer service from Humberto. My granddaughter wanted a certain pair of boots that they did not have in her size. Humberto ordered them and said he would get them by the day we needed. It was a rush order so we were pushing our luck. The night before we needed them UPS held up the store order. He personally went down to UPS to pick up his store order so that my granddaughter could have her boots for her party.I couldn’t be more grateful to Humberto and if I could give him a million star rating I would. He did all of this on his own time and was so nice and accommodating. I have NEVER received this type of customer service from any company I have worked with and I was a service manager for 30 years. Thank you Humberto you made one young lady and her Nana so happy! You are an amazing young man and I appreciate you so much!!

I ordered a 14in Courts barrel saddle last week and received it today! Absolutely Beautiful saddle and I couldn't be more pleased! I was a bit nervous ordering a saddle from out of state and sight unseen. I called the store and received Great customer service with all of my questions. They where so awesome! One of my girls adores cowgirl boots and I found this store searching for the perfect pair of boots for her. They have an amazing selection from fancy show boots to the ranchers work boots. The staff is super friendly and nice and will be back for more
