Apparently — and despite the company’s website to the contrary — this location unilaterally decided they will not do refunds. What a fun surprise to learn from the gaggle of workers huddled at the front, who were no doubt discussing very important matters but who couldn’t be bothered to apologize for the obvious inconvenience. But then, it’s Dollar Tree — you get what you pay for, I guess.

Incredible dollar tree - lots of respect
I could never work at a dollar tree because of some of the people that come in, but these employees provide a great experience anyways. I have a lot of respect for them ?

The manager is not friendly to everyone I asked to use the restroom and if a key was needed , a question I knew the answer to yet instead I was lied to and told no public restroom that's no T Dollar Tree policy also another Latina hacustomer just walked out of the restroom clearly a friend this is not okay I put my items down and walked out

Manager Britney handled an issue with an unrecognized charge on my receipt in the most patient, respectful, and professional way. This was while the cashier Merissa yelled profanity at me with unprofessional behavior in a store filled with customers. With this attitude I feel she’s putting staff and customers in harms way because it could potentially provoke someone to violent behavior.
