I was trying to get some new shoes but couldn’t find them anywhere until I called in Tj this dicks and Lori the young woman who I talked to on the and met when I went to pick them up was very helpful and assistive she found me the right size,color and type for reference this was a drastic help due to the fact that I live 2 hours away up in the mountains l. Thank you Lori for your help hospitality and guidance in purchasing the shoes.
Ps: She definitely deserves a promotion

They seem rather understaffed and had a limited selection of lacrosse equipment. The employees there were very nice though.

If I could leave 100 stars I would. I live 3 hours away in the mountains and have 2 kids so it is not easy for me to just come back the next day and pick up my online order that was already paid for. This store is right on my way out of town so my plan was swing by and then head home. That’s when I got lost following google maps annd ended up going to park meadows which was on the complete other side of the city. Definitely must’ve been my fault. I got park meadows and Colorado mills mixed up. They talked it thru with me on the phone explaining that they would wait as long as they could but that I proly wouldn’t make it. Anyway BIG SHOUTOUT to Dani (mgr) and her staff Jack Hector and Sam who were super helpful on the phone and just had great attitudes the entire time even tho they were dealing with what probably sounded like a total dumb dip$#!+ ate who was asking they to stay open wayyyyyy past closing. Anyway great customer service all around and the amount the crew tonight 4/1/24 went above and beyond deserves to be noticed. I will be a fan of Dick’s for life! Pause ?

Asked them where a product was, and their website said they had 8. They said they didn't know. Even the manager said they don't have them. Guess what? They did! Lazy unprofessional staff. I miss Sports Authority.
