DDRC has been a tremendous help and I am thankful for all that they do for our two boys. There has to be parts of this that we do on our own to obtain help. I consider them as part of the team as every parent should in this program. I think they do an outstanding job and the best that they can everyday. Thank You DDRC!

They will make sure your child is at a disadvantage, even after you jump through every hoop. They will not explain the programs, they will switch your resource coordinators CONSTANTLY, and your child won’t receive care because of their negligence. Ask about the parent CNA and Community Connector because they won’t explain them. And then you’ll be denied services. I’m at my wits end and I’ll be filing a complaint with the Attorney General.

If you want to be traumatized and then thrown to the side by backstabbing coworkers and a management team that could care less about what happened to their staff, then this is the place for you to work!Management will put the needs of both staff and clients aside as long as they can until it blows back up at them into a bigger issue, resulting in low workplace morale and unhappy employees who are scared to say something to management in fear of retaliation for simply voicing concern and potential solutions. If it didn’t come from management, the idea never even existed!0/10 would recommend working for them unless you truly want to learn how much this industry doesn’t care about it’s staffing and how little the medical field actually cares about people, just the bottom line. :)

We've had an awful experience with the Early Intervention Program through DDRC. I initially reached out to them in April 2022 to have my little one evaluated due to concerns with her verbal language skills. Long story short, she was deemed eligible for services and 6 months later we have just now been assigned a speech therapist. No one ever returns messages - not the case manager, not the therapist. It's frustrating to say the least. 6 months of waiting for services is really unacceptable....Early invention is key yet these toddlers don't get the support they need to help with their development in a timely manner. It's really sad.

Nothing but problems with the administration at this place. Screwed my kid over for years. Finally we left for another CCB. I would avoid DDRC if I were you!

Best company I have ever worked for or been associated with. DDRC treats every Individual we serve with dignity and respect. They also treat their employees with respect and value their contributions to the Individuals and the company as a whole.
