Extremely rude staff, everyone is short with people, and you can feel the tension when you walk up to the counter. Having the phone picked up after 9 am is impossible, it'll just ring, and ring, and ring. Even if you call separate times, no one will pick up. Just experienced a man working there speak to me on the phone like I was stupid and wouldn't listen to me or try to help me understand what was going on. Was eventually hung up on when I said to cancel the prescription because I was going to switch pharmacies.you're better off at safeway, king soopers, walgreens, or literally anywhere else

I was assisted by Andrea, who completely straightened out my order, got a 90 day supply of drugs, and entered an override so that I only paid what I would have owed via Silver Script.

The website in the ad says pharmacy open 24 hours but it’s not -that needs to change. when it does, I will change my review.

I've been coming here a year and a half, and while there have been glitches here and there, the staff has never failed to be as kind and as helpful as possible in every situation.I got stuck once when two different providers were unavailable to put in for refills for a critica med and I think - iAndrea? Maybe Katie? helped me find a solution so I didn't run out of meds. They went out of their way to help me as a kindness.Human error is going to happen, there will be glitches in the system, meds that need to be ordered, and frankly I feel like quite a few the issues I had are on me because I still haven't made a CVS account so I can check the status of my meds via the app. But at the end of the day, these are good humans who want to help.

Honestly- if they actually did what they said they would do, it would be a lot better. I love that when it gets even remotely close to their lunch, 1:30, they legit stop taking calls. What a classless place. If you don’t want to work, then leave. They also told Safeway they would transfer my prescription, and they lied and never sent it over… days later. I’ve had times where they needed to order meds (totally understand that), but never told me until I arrived at the pharmacy and wasn’t able to pick it up. Come on people.Again- tried to transfer a second prescription, and the competency is so low at this CVS, my new pharmacy can’t get them to send it. Thankfully my health insurance now doesn’t force me to go to CVS- I can officially transfer all my meds out. Happiest day ever!!DO NOT USE THIS “PHARMACY”

Frustrating… messages on Centura app aren’t read or take days to a week before response received and may not address initial question.Refill requests continue to be sent to the wrong pharmacy, when I include correct pharmacy location in each message. For 1 rx this month (over a span of 11 days)…it took 3 app messages, a voicemail and finally a call (where I asked to wait for a person) and then acting like a “Karen” to poor Heather when she is only trying to help.I was grateful to have a provider who tries to help me, but it definitely SUCKS when requests aren’t looked at, medication lapses, and I spend a silly amount of time tracking down someone to help me.Feels petty careless and frustrating! I do dig provider Liz, and am abundantly grateful for her assistant Heather, but man this communication issue is maddening.

I've always had good experiences here, not sure why so many negative reviews, so I felt inclined to write a positive one. Every time I've been here the pharmacists are kind, quick, professional. They will easily hussle a prescription through if it's needed quickly. No long waits in line or on the phone. Much better service than other options in the area.

I'm dying laughing at these reviews. So many people upset that the pharmacist closes for lunch. I swear this pandemic has turned costumers into entitled Karen's who lost any sense of decency. The pharmacists and techs are kicking butt, offering amazing costumer service, solving so many issues (including things that are target related and out of their scope of practice). The lead manager is training some amazing interns who really know how to do covid and flu shots in a timely manner. Anyways, don't let these Karen's sway you from this spot. I should start coming to their job and treating em like how I witnessed some of these people treat the staff working there.
