I used to pick up my prescriptions from this location for years. It was great and organized. I always received the amount needed every three months. However, for the past few months, I have been met with rude interactions with the staff who work at this pharmacy now. They make me pick up one prescription every month when I have a six month supply. I am not going to pick up a prescription once a month because they gate keep the prescriptions and too scared if customers don't pick up in time, which I always pick up in time btw, the asian girl was very rude to tell me we just don't do that here anymore. I will change pharmacies they lost a customer because of this and will lose more. These new people who work here aren't qualified at all, I would not dare get vaccines from these people, go to a real clinic, the circus has claimed Belmar

I liked the information given to inform one of the possibility of the use in a scam.

I called this CVS about my medications. I was on hold for 15 minutes, the pharmacist picks up the phone and tells me the systems are down, I can hang up or otherwise hold. She put me on hold so I decided to stay on hold. Another 15 minutes go by and the pharmacist picks up the phone and hangs it up. I needed my medications so I drove there instead. I called a couple times on my way there and the phone would get answered and hung up immediately. When I get there I see the young pharmacist I was on the phone with.I've never been soo insulted. She was tied to the phone and yet I was hung up on after waiting a total of 30 minutes. Plus being hung up on immediately twice on my way to this CVS. This whole situation resulted in me being late for work since i was wasnt able to pick up my medications afterwards and was completely out of my medicine. What an awful person who gets to call herself a pharmacist

Would it be that big of an ask for you all to answer your phones?

I recently visited the CVS pharmacy inside Target and had an excellent customer experience. The young pharmacy technician named Ashly Brown handled my visit. She was incredibly polite and friendly, efficient and diligent, answered all my questions, and even helped resolve a minor issue with my insurance.Overall a very pleasant experience (for a pharmacy!).

Review for vaccine: Don't know what's going on lately, but you could schedule a vaccine, come early, check in early, and do a rain dance, but you'll still be waiting for a VERY long time. This is the 2nd time I'm here in a week and it's been the same thing. Terrible.

They seem to go out of their way to make you wait as long as possible, only ever one person on register no matter how busy the line is.

I scheduled time to get my vaccines at CVS. At my scheduled appointment time, they had a line 7 people deep and I was not serviced until 45 minutes after my scheduled time. The staff was apologetic, and indicated that the corporation intentionally overbooks appointments. That’s a terrible practice for anyone hoping to get in and out in a timely manner during the work day.

dont bother trying to call to talk to anyone in the pharmacy, you'll be on hold till they hang up on you.

I have been a patient here for years yet it is difficult to get waited on, can't get a vaccine. Awful place.

This CVS is inside Target at Belmar in Lakewood, CO. I usually make appointments and get my shots at this CVS and they are usually on time and the process is easy. I also get my prescriptions from them and, again, they are usually ready on time and easy to pick up. Today, Monday, September 11 around 11:30am, I went in to pick up my Target order and needed to pick up a package of New Skin for children. Online it showed that they had 7 in stock on Aisle 1. I couldn't find it so I went to the Pharmacy counter and asked the young woman with long, dark hair if she could help me - there were no people in line, and she wasn't helping anyone. She waved her hand toward Aisle 1 and told me that it should be over there. I explained that I had looked but couldn't find it and asked if she could help me. She said that the pharmacy staff didn't do the stocking and told me that I should ask someone who worked at Target! Wow! Never, ever has anyone treated me like that in any pharmacy or any store. Usually they are happy to help. So, I went to the Customer Service desk at Target for help; the young man walked over with me and was able to find it. I think this young woman needs a lot more training in how to treat customers. She could easily have walked over and helped me, but, instead she told me that she worked for the "CVS Pharmacy" and not Target and just stood behind the counter watching me.

The people at this location are nice, but the system in general is extremely frustrating. You can’t transfer prescriptions to another location through the app. You have to call and get through tons of robot questions before actually speaking with someone. You have to make sure to call the location that you want to transfer TO. If you call the location that your prescriptions are currently at, they’ll tell you to hang up and call the other location. As someone who travels a lot, this experience is so frustrating. CVS also keeps requesting my prescriptions from my old doctor, even though I have repeatedly asked them to stop and been in contact with my new doctor about this. I’ve wasted so many hours of my life on CVS.

I was shocked what a Doctor of Pharmacology is paid. I thought they would make at least 250,000 a year they are doctors after all. Not at all; lady said she didn't make half of that. It made me feel bad. She works hard.

I called to let them know I can’t pick up, they said they will hold until Thursday. Then when my mom goes in they tell me I need it refilled? Why didn’t the guy tell me that on the phone or refill it right then and there so I don’t have to keep calling back?

Needed meds for a serious sinus infection. They said they needed insurance verification. Two days ago. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes only to be told they would text me when it's ready.
