Fair prices however one man working when I came in 15 minuites from closing was verry rude and I almost went somewhere else. He said money transaction has to be done by quarter till. Rude and screwed up my paperwork I had to e,-sign. Which was partially the customer svc rep's fault too. I He said as long as I'm there before close at 5. I could rent there. I came next day to speak with woman manager. , fixed the paperwork and discussed other man's attitude. Asking reprimanded for his lack of care for customer satisfactions. And attitude of disrespect .

The move in went well, there was a transition period from cube smart to Extra Space Storage. Meeting the new employees went smooth. The front office is very clean. My storage area was clean also

Christopher Lawson… give this man a raise. He is the definition of customer service.. knowledgeable, kind, funny, easy going, showed me around and explained things so clearly.He was so nice enough to stay past his shift because I work long hours, 7 days a week. I came in 10 Minutes before closing. Im sorry i was THAT person. ?No tears were shed… 10/10 experience.
