Fantastic post office. Terrible alterations. Paid $18 PER PAIR for 4 pants to be hemmed and was extremely disappointed with the result. Used white thread at the edge but color coordinated thread for the hem??? That is lazy - they should have changed their bobbin. The hem is WEAK and loose and vulnerable to being snagged on a shoe buckle and broken. Got the pants back stacked on top of each other which would have been find IF THEY WERE FOLDED NICELY. Won't ever go back here for alterations. Only mail.

The worst dry cleaning ever!!! I brought in a jacket with a coffee stain, but they didn't remove it; it looked like they just ironed it. When I came home, a regular stain remover removed everything!!! I took the jacket back to them to fix water streaks and wrinkles. In the end, I received a ruined jacket with white spots!

Since Monica and these folks have been running the place… At least 10 years now… We’ve never gone anywhere else in terms of a post office… We’ve taken our dry cleaning in there too… They are wonderful people and a great part of our community.

This business stole over $700 of Xmas gifts that I was shipping to my son. They also charged me credit card for more than I had a receipt for! Tracking shows my package never left their business and thank goodness I insured my package. Federal crime is happening here and I filed a police report and also a report with the postmaster general.

Like most in our neighborhood, I feel lucky to have this PO and cleaner near my house. I never have to stand in a long line to ship a package, and the couple that runs the place take their jobs seriously and are kind and hardworking. Love this old-school small business.

I really like Fox Point - just a note that this review is for their USPS site as I haven't yet used their cleaning services. That aside, FoxPoint is super convenient being tucked away in our neighborhood. There are never long lines and they have plenty of parking. Need packing materials? You can find everything here and not feel like you need to go elsewhere. This location is family owned. They always greet me with a smile and help me to find the best pricing when needed. We've been coming to Fox Point for years and def will continue.

Please don't listen to Zak from TX. Fox Point has been in my neighborhood for years. I find the owners to go out of their way to accommodate both me & my husband with alterations, dry cleaning, mail, etc. I believe it is a couple that runs the cleaners & the woman is quite funny. Like any establishment, I imagine if you go in with a certain attitude, it might come back around.

This lovely couple has added hours back to my life from not waiting in line at the giant post office. They are so nice and very efficient. Always get us in and out with no fuss and a smile!She's also turned around an emergency dress alteration the SAME DAY and absolutely saved my week!

I shipped 5 items from there and only the one that was insured has left from what taking number shows. I have contacted USPS for an investigation. The lady that works there is no help claims "denver has it" however it's at her 80228 and has been for three weeks would rather throw my packages away then ever use this place again af least would save me a headache. As you can read from other customers they are thieves and STEAL PACKAGES I REPORTED THEM STAY AWAY what even makes it worse is the chinese lady who spoke fine English when I brought my packages in all the sudden could not speak English and HUNG UP ON ME. If there was a negative million stars I would give them it.
