Old blood on mattress where they tried to clean it (discovered next morning forgot to get pics) Tub was filthy, no bath towels, no soap, no shampoo. I had to go down to front desk to get supplies. Not going

Made reservation online which was easy. After 10 hrs driving we got to hotel at 1030pm. I made reservation under my name and using my boyfriend’s CC. Girl at front desk with long fake nails, was very rude when I walked in like I was bothering her break. I asked a simple question about payment and she gave me a very rude response. She said she needed physical card..no problem except we misplaced card in car and took about 10 min to find. When I walked back in, the girl came out looking annoyed. My name is different than CC so she said again rudely that she needed my boyfriend to come in with his ID. Okay, no problem so I got him. From there went down hill and instead of just checking us in she became annoyed and said she couldn’t give us room. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!Nearby activities: Food

Rooms: Rooms were extremely well kept and the service were just as great ..TY to all the staff that helped make our stay in Denver even more incredible!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel during my trip in February 2024. Cassie, Larissa, Rachel, and the other staff at the cafe went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Denver.Noteworthy details: Professional, welcoming, and helpful staff.

Had to stay here while floors were being refinished in my house. Staff is very nice. Starbucks and bistro are convenient. Rooms are comfortable. Would recommend.

The front desk staff were sooo nice! Very helpful and cheerful. Very refreshing.Rooms were clean and well appointed. Price was right!Rooms: Clean and bright. All switches and lights functioned and the mini fridge has a glass door. Huge TV screen. The only thing thst appeared to be out of date were room heaters. They look like they were repla ing them, though.Food & drinks: The "Bistro" in the lobby was great! Many food choices for breakfast, and they serve Starbucks coffee, albeit with limited choices.

Larissa at the front desk went above and beyond. She was so friendly and made us really feel welcomed. Scott from the maintenance department was so personable and gave us tips for the area. Great stay here!Noteworthy details: The indoor pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus! And the laundry area was nice.

Loud traffic noise from 285. Wife and I stayed here for 3 night the week of tgiving. Lobby entrance was under construction, but the rest of the remodel was complete. Lobby & room were very nice. Comfy bed, nice linens, good towels = all good other than the very loud traffic noise from the 285 hwy that runs next to the hotel. Even during the holiday week, the traffic noise in the morning woke us up around 6 or 6:30 each day. The really needed to replace the windows in the rooms w/ multi-pane / quiet windows when they did the remodel. Only other minor complaint was the under window heater/aircon. There is a wall thermostat that didn't seem to control it - and there is also a flip-up panel directly on the unit. Tried both w/ poor results. Selecting heat would turn on the heat & warm the room way above the temp setting. We actually had to select "cool" and set the temp to 64 or below for the room to be cool enough to sleep (the actual temp ended up well above 64). We've previously stayed at the Residence Inn next door and had no issues w/ traffic noise or other. So, I'd recommend staying at the residence inn if you're looking for a hotel in the area.

Wonderful facility! Great location between Denver and the suburbs, with easy access to the local roads and interstate. The staff was welcoming and the property is surrounded by resources for food, shopping, etc. This is a newly remodeled space, so it had lots of plug-ins and charging ports. My only complaint is the shower being one of the smallest I’ve ever used.
