I came here and purchased a blue shampoo for my new highlights in the hopes that it would restore them, instead it turned my hair green. I brought the shampoo back as I will never use it again and they wouldn't accept the product back because I didn't have a receipt, yet the girl that works there, remembers me purchasing it, as she helped me with the purchase. She set me up to get future email receopts... well shouldn't that already have been done to avoid me not having a receipt? I think it's very poor customer service to not accept a return for a 26 dollar product that I have absolutely no use for. From here on, I will take my business across the street to Salom Centric.

Absolutely disgusted by this store! I put in an order thru the app, this store was supposed to fulfill the order, states 2 hour delivery… was not delivered although I so nicely received an email saying my order was complete….. had to track down which store fulfilled it since it was not the store I requested and all I got was your order is still here, why? What happened to two hour delivery and why does it say completed….. over the top frustrating and angry!!!!!!!!! I assure you there is a reason I don’t shop at this store!

I called this place in advance to check if I could return a wet brush that my husband didn’t like. It was not the one he was looking for. They said okay, I drove to the store, and they said I couldn’t return it because it was used. I told them the person just tested it once. they insisted it was used. It couldn’t be used because it wasn’t. Wasted money, phone call, wasted time, wasted gas, bad info and service. I wonder about these policies to service professionals if we are their consistent customers. I also was willing to look for a new clipper this day, but honestly, I’d rather go to plenty other better serviced stores for Cosmetologists out there.

Normally this is my go to store. But they closed down mid day on a Saturday, left a sign up saying "Be back shortly." But nobody ever came back. So much for business hours.

Called the store tonight at 5:30 to see if they had some color in stalk and told them I will be there in 5 minutes. The lady said "you better not come I'm closing right now I'm locking the doors." I said but you guys close at 6. She replied "not my problem" and hanged up. I should of asked for her name... This CosmoProf is the worst. This isn't the only bad way experience I had here. Go to the other location this one is alwful...

They did not provide us with good service at all. Every time we would ask questions they were very easy. Every time I turn around I will see one of them in the aisle at all times. It made me feel like I was stealing . They made me feel uncomfortable I would rather go to Sally’s just because of the customer service

Not too many choices of skin care products, wish they would have more, some are a little bit pricey tho :(
