My wife and I found a home that we just had to purchase. We were not pre-approved as we didn't think that we were really looking to buy a home anytime soon. Contacted Ann Coughenour and Cornerstone on a Saturday morning, had a loan approval by Sunday night and the house under contract by Monday!

It was difficult to work with them. In the end, we went with antother lender and closed on the house. If you have a small buisiness or first home buyer, I wouldn't recommend Cornerstone.

Sue, Helen, Leslie and the whole team at Cornerstone Home Lending a joy to work with on my refinance. They really went to bat for me to save some fees and to close in a timely manner. The process was easy and they were always available to answer my questions. Their partner fees are some of the lowest in the industry which also is great. After the closing Cornerstone also offer flexibility in payments if I want to pay extra or bi weekly. Many institutions are not as flexible anymore. I highly recommend Sue and her team for your mortgage needs.
