I paid them 2 years ago, and now will have to again. If you use them save your paperwork and know you have show 2-3 years after your done with them.

I've been dealing with this company for over a year and a half trying to pay my claim!! They refused to update a claim that was processed wrong. Hung up on me and my insurance company when trying to remedy the situation then sent me to collections! Beyond frustrating that between my insurance company and this lab they couldn't figure out how to correctly bill me for my out of pocket! And instead of making good on their mistake they paid the collection agency the corrected amount and didn't take me off collections. All of this for a final amount of $25!!! And $11 in interest paid to the collection agency!! I wish I could give zero stars!! I will never use this lab again!! Glad this nightmare is over, but it's the principle people!!

I spent 20 minutes sitting there today while the employee wandered around the office, made copies, put stuff away, filed, shuffled stuff back and forth. Finally after 20 minutes she makes copies of my ID and insurance card and informs me that even though we are located in Parker Adventist Hospital (which accepts United Healthcare) she is unsure if her own company accepts it. She stated I would need to call and verify. Wouldn't this have been helpful information to know, say, 20 minutes ago? When she was meandering around doing general clerical tasks instead of helping patients? I walked out. Never going back. Thanks for wasting my time.

Staff at Parker Sierra bldg location was not very friendly, very to the point like they don't want to be there. Other labs were a lot better

Not at 300 Union, that's the corporate office but rather the south side of saint Anthony's hospital. They did a good job once I found them.

They failed to bill my insurance and sent my account to collections! I cannot believe how they are handling my account despite my multiple attempts to try to address the bill with them. Super unprofessional and difficult people to work with.... If possible go with some other laboratory service...hopefully you will not deal with what I am dealing with.

The hours say they open at 7 but there's a sign on the door that says they open at 8, hopefully you read this first before wasting an hour of your day finding out like I did.

They failed to run a bill through our insurance and then sent it to collections. #badbusiness

Poor customer service. Poorly trained staff. Lack of caring on both the part of management and the part of the treatment provider. Unorganized. Incompetent. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

CLS Laboratory staff messed up submitting my lab work for payment and their billing department would not correct the error, even after escalating to the rep's manager. Healthcare costs are high enough without providers screwing up the billing process. I'll go out of my way in the future to give my business to Quest or Labcorp.

Do not use this lab. I have had several blood test come back from them showing completely innacurate informations. Highly recommend using a different company.

Would like to give zero stars. This lab charges 4 times as much as LabCorp or Quest for routine blood work and offers no financial hardship options.

Aside from the wrong address on Google, very pleased. Since my son was diagnosed we have been to dozens of labs dozens of times each. Labcorp (we've used five locations) is consistently the worst, quest (we've used three locations) is better but not usually covered by our insurance, and CLS (we've used two locations) is the best. We have never had problems at CLS that are common for Labcorp. Labcorp screws up a lab at least once every other visit - granted my son gets a lot of labs, but they are terrible. CLS has yet to screw up any of his labs and we've been there consistently for a while now. They have been professional, prompt, and communicative. It's almost as good as Children's Hospital main campus (NOT Parker which is Labcorp quality) for a fraction of the cost. Hard to find. Google sent me to the Admin Office on Union. The lab is in the Anthony's complex but not on the side with parking. It is around the back of the building (enter off Alameda & Routt). I spent an hour trying to find the lab. The staff was very proficient once I did. I was surprised the admin staff said that people come to their office all the time, yet they don't correct their address on google.
