Purchased some A5 Ribeye Steaks for New Years and WOW! I will not be buying beef anywhere else from now on. Great customer service and easy to pick up. If you live in the front range I would rush over and pick up a steak to amaze our loved ones, your friends, or just yourself. Top beef in Denver and might be BEST BEEF EVER!

Absolutely the best wagyu you can get in Colorado and the surrounding areas! Tyson is super knowledgeable and talked me through picking the best option for what I needed. I ended up getting a few Wagyu Ribeyes - a couple Australian and a couple A5 - for our Christmas party and they were life changing. Tyson even talked me through the best way to prepare and serve them. I will only get Wagyu from Colorado Craft moving forward!

Frozen freezer located in pizza shop with waygu cuts. Pizza shop has very delicious bread. Chicken parm is solid. Ask for the house bread instead of regular..... P.W.A. pizza although it should be illegal. Is pretty good. AGAIN NOT A BUTCHER SHOP!

I had a couple questions about meat and I asked if they had a second to answer them for me and he said yes. I asked and he seemed annoyed I had called and then hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. Poor customer service. I guess I will not be buying anything from them.

I've been shopping at Colorado Craft Butchers for the past few years. Tyson and Andrew are awesome to work with and always deliver with a great selection of the best meat around.

I bought an 1/8 cow from them. I liked the selection of cuts they offer better than most of the other butchers out there and the whole staff was very helpful, accommodating, and had great communication. Outstanding beef!

3.5. Got the Australian ribeye and while was yummy, was not as much better than the prime you can buy at Costco for 1/3 the price. Also was a bit disappointed with how many things they were out of when I came by.

My favorite butcher shop, great selection and first class cuts without being Outrageously expensive. I dont eat meat often but when i do i come here. Tyson is super friendly and does good work, even offers great recipies.
