Went to this location and really wanted to to say thank you for the great customer service. A very professional, charismatic, and kind lady named Jennifer asked how I was doing and if I needed anything to please let her know. I never had an employee or manager walk up and make sure I had all I needed. She not only asked myself but checked up on other customers. I drive away thinking that was a really pleasant experience and I really hope that she is recognized for her professional,and charismatic personality

I took my car in to a car wash on 1/21 and the automatic brushes ripped off my rear arm and wiper blade. I filed an incident report and was told that I would hear from the site Manager. I called the corporate office the following week and was told that the site manager would contact me. It is now over a 3 weeks and i havent heard from anyone. I've been told by the call center that I can't contact the site manager and that all they can do is email and escalate my case. Absolutely the worst customer service and won't be taking my car here ever again. Site manager is Brenda Delacruz but have no way of contacting her to discuss my case.

I wish they v would stop hovering over my huvering over my credit card and they never smile plus they aggressive behavior to upset is why I don't buy it.

I had to cancel the two cars I had because of a boy with braids who works at the entrance who believes that the place belongs to him and works as if he were doing people a favor and that is not the case since one You are paying for a service.

Used to be 5* carwash now its broken down and i have to go to another one just to get the outside clean.... Not even worth drying today

Didn’t appreciate them offering a month of free membership and then automatically charging my credit card once that month was over rather than asking if I wanted to continue.The wash provided is decent but I don’t think it’s worth the price. The top wash is $23 and I still find it requires a lot of extra work using the wet towels they provide to wipe the car down to remove spots of bugs splatter and bird droppings. The towels are a positive part of their service.The vacuums are good although there was one time of no suction due to a mechanical problem the employee told me had occurred.I think they are about the same as any of the other places I’ve been except forBuc-cee’s in Texas.Since they’re relatively new and in my neighborhood, I’m going to keep using them and hope things improve.I’m not a fanatic about getting my car washed or detailed but think it’s necessary for maintenance reasons like avoiding rust and protecting brakes from the snow melt chemicals used on Colorado roads.

Beware: vehicle damage. Awhile back I brought my truck here and the topper was damaged during the wash. I considered it bad luck. This past weekend, I took my car in for a wash and the windshield was cracked during the wash. Now I see reviews of other damaged vehicles and felt compelled to add my experience.
