Unfortunately this car wash left several scuffs all over my BMW. I know for a fact because my car never looked like this before I started going here. I thought the first time it was just something I hadn’t noticed in the past, then I went again and realized the scuffs got worse and there became more and more scuffs every time I went. The correlation became pretty clear that this place is the problem. Do not go here if you care about your car.

This drive through car wash was great. They give you real towels to wipe down the inside of your car. I don’t live near this location but if I did, I would switch my monthly subscription This place is way better!

This is for all Cobblestone locations. They are so money hungry they were open on Thanksgiving! Not allowing their workers to spend the holiday with their families! PATHETIC!!!!! I drove by a location today, and they were open in these frigid temperatures! It's not safe for their employees to be out there in this cold. I didn't even see those kerosene heaters that other businesses use for outdoor employees! Shame on you Cobblestone! We will be using another car wash in the future as will our friends! We cannot support a business that doesn't support their workers!!!! AND, it's dangerous to the cars coming in from the cold and that water hitting the windshield! Good luck collecting from them for a cracked windshield, they've got a F rating from the better business bureau!

Cleaned all the mud off quite nicely, polite staff. Vacuums are super powerful. The Aurora neighborhood is a little bit rough but hey that's just the location the rest of them seem pretty chill so far.

With the cobblestone on West Alameda at 3 thirty, they were closed, I talked to the GM named Eric and he wouldn't tell me why they were closed and he just said hes leaving and he was gonna take me off of my monthly service charge. I told him that with b*******

"I'm incredibly frustrated! This has been one of my favorite car washes for the longest time, until recently. They've recently updated their requirements and no longer allow any type of racks on top of your car to go through. That's okay, but the problem is that some of the racks are the ones that the manufacturer puts on the cars. Because of this, I can't use this car wash anymore because I'm not taking my ski rack off every time!I've tried five times to cancel my membership and call the company, but there's been no answer. Every time I fill out the online form to cancel my fast pass, they keep sending me a form that says they'll let me know when my membership is canceled. Meanwhile, I keep getting a monthly charge and can't use the car wash because of the rack on top of my car. This needs to be fixed immediately!I've called the Arvada Cobblestone Car Wash multiple times, but there's been no answer to help. Good luck trying to cancel your fast pass membership if you have a rack on your car as well and can no longer use this car wash because of their stipulations."

?WARNING?I purchased a monthly pass and canceled it 30 days later...18 months ago.I drove through for a 1-time car wash yesterday and received a notification from my bank that Cobblestone attempted to AUTOMATICALLY charge the credit card that I used 18 months ago, simply by reading my license plate!!In other words, they tried to charge me twice. Once with the credit card I used to pay for yesterday's 1-time wash, and a 2nd time by using my license plate and the card that is on file, which fortunately has expired.I have written confirmation from the company that my account was canceled 18 months ago, therefore they do not have permission to charge my card automatically.This is completely illegal and simply shady business!!You've been warned.*UPDATE*In response to your response below, I have already emailed your team. I just sent a 2nd email.

David and Justin went above and beyond with their customer service. They helped me with stubborn bugs on the front of my car and assisted with floor mats. Definitely will be returning in the future!

The guy to check in was so nice and amazing, and the car wash was smooth, and I love the complementary towels and vacuums after! My car got more than it was needed at this time, but I felt so good that I could get ahead of the game!
