“Jason M. Truly went above and beyond to help us. It was already closing time, made the transition super easy and not rushing it at all. My first receipt had house account as sales person… When I asked the lady on the register if he was a manager she said he is “just” a sales associate. Well to me he acted like the SM, super proud and happy to help even though it was already late on Black Friday, hardly ever you get such a great customer service from anyone anymore. I truly hope the company takes care of the associates who work hard and still have a smile at the end of the day like Jason did!”

“Picked up a really nice sweater and pants from here. Due to time constraints, I was not able to take pictures, but the staff was great and able to help me quickly get in and out of the store. Much to my surprise they also answered their phone so that I could ask a quick question to see if they had what I needed in advance. They took the time to help me and I am grateful.”

“First time in this store and I love it!! They have a good variety of everything they are open til 9pm on Sundays!! And the prices are really worth it.plus the staff is very nice. There was another lady that was arguing with the mgr but she was complaining throughout the whole store I think she was causing some kind of disturbance so she could get away with stealing but the mgr still kept his cool with her regardless and he also helped me out with my four pennies short on my checkout. Super appreciate that!! I'll be back with correct change next time”
