I like Chase but my branch in NC is far better than this one. I went in on a Saturday to get something notarized. The person not there. That’s never an issue at mine in MC. Went to another branch, it was closed.
Came back on a weekday at 1. Told to come back at 330 for a simple 1 page notarization. Again at my branch, someone always immediately available. Then I tried numerous times to call and adjust that time. They never pick up and it goes to an offshore call center. Call center sends call back to branch who never picks up. Went through that numerous times.

Arrived at this location at roughly 1pm, 4 hours before they're scheduled to close, but they were already closed due to the "storm". Light flurries with no accumulated snow on the street, surrounding businesses were still open... there was no storm. This is Colorado, light snow is a common occurrence. Very disappointing.

What kind of bank doesn't give access to the ATM? Even on a weekend you still need to give access to the ATM for goodness sake.

So I went to chase to deposit money into my girlfriends account, teller tells me I have to have a chase bank account in order to deposit money(cash) into my girlfriends account, ?♂️?♂️?♂️obviously my name is going on the deposit slip, I bet a million dollars its because the way I look, shame on you Chase Bank?

I walked in with a small amount of loose change (approximately two cups worth) and was told they can’t take change unless it’s rolled. As a BANK, you should take whatever form of money is presented. This also makes no sense since obviously it has to be counted anyway. It’s not like Chase is going to trust that the roll was correctly filled with the right coins. If I have five quarters, do those have to be rolled too? Ridiculous. It’s poor customer service.

Went to this location today to get cash from atm and the card reader on the door to access atm is broken. I stopped on the way to airport. What a waste of time! Fix your ATM access
