So I went to chase to deposit money into my girlfriends account, teller tells me I have to have a chase bank account in order to deposit money(cash) into my girlfriends account, ?♂️?♂️?♂️obviously my name is going on the deposit slip, I bet a million dollars its because the way I look, shame on you Chase Bank?

I walked in with a small amount of loose change (approximately two cups worth) and was told they can’t take change unless it’s rolled. As a BANK, you should take whatever form of money is presented. This also makes no sense since obviously it has to be counted anyway. It’s not like Chase is going to trust that the roll was correctly filled with the right coins. If I have five quarters, do those have to be rolled too? Ridiculous. It’s poor customer service.

Went to this location today to get cash from atm and the card reader on the door to access atm is broken. I stopped on the way to airport. What a waste of time! Fix your ATM access

This place is absolutely trash!!! There is a line of people out the door, only 2 people at the counter 4 employees around the corner laughing and talking not doing anything and refusing to pitch in and help the front desk but yet they have a sign behind the front desk that says they appreciate us, well if you appreciated your customers and their time you would pitch in and help get them taken care of and on their way and then on top of it they refuse to take my companies checks!!! But they appreciate us!!! All of you should be FIRED!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. While at this chase I was depositing for my company. It was checks and cash. I didn't have exact cash for the deposit so there needed To be change back to me. The teller, Saul, was rude to me when explaining why he couldn't give me change back moving forward. He said it's because of fraud of people coming in with checks and getting cash back. When I told him I wasn't getting cash back from the checks that I was depositing, it was change from the cash deposit. He interrupted me and said "I'm telling you why it's fraud". Ok sir. I will NOT be depositing at this bank moving forward. What he was explaining made sense only if I was trying to get change back from a check only deposit But sense it was change back from the CASH i was depositing I don't see what he is talking about and why he was so rude about it. If you can go to another branch I would.
