The cashier where being super rude from the start we got to the cashier, one of the cashier had a attitude saying that "what was wrong with the customers today with there attitudes" basically girls where already in a bad mood one of them making faces while speaking to a bank representative so you could already tell they where in bad moods , first off everything started because she had charged us double on prices instead of the deals that where on the signs so we went back and told them and the girls excuse was that she only worked there for two days a week so she didint know the store deals then they told us they where giving us store credit i asked that why would we be getting store credit when it was the cashiers fault for over charging us then they right away started catching a even worst attitude towards us form there the girl still hadnt gaven us the correct refund its been the worst experience with the two girls they need better staff who know how to treat customers we werent even upset about the refund being store credit but more because of the way we where getting treated , then they also started recording us threatened to call security making us feel like it was still our fault the girl in green right away started to scream for telling them there truths trying to fight us and scaring my kids with there insults and screams

Disgusting staff. They are rude and disrespectful. They overcharged me and when I came back to tell them they caught an attitude. Those girls should not be working customer service. I felt harassed and degraded. I have long videos of them acting disgusting. They even had their camera set up recording me and my family before anything escalated. They clearly knew the situation would escalate. They also made a racist comment when I gave them my last name and I have that on video. I will be filing a race complaint.

Went in to find skirts, I started walking towards the fitting room and staff SAW ME walking towards it and closed it. I set down the 5 items I had on the rack by the fitting room, I couldn't BELIEVE somebody saw me and closed it

I have never wrote a bad review on a company, working in retail 18 years now, I dont know if it's local or just the company or the district manager. Lets just say micromanagement!!!!Probably the worse experience ever. Being new to colorado the opportunity came alone as a full time assistant manager, pay was good so I thought. Basically I never felt like a manager. You ask people to do things , and they look at you all crazy, Say your mean. On most days it's under staff they expect you to do everything, when most of the time your on cashier. The big mistake I made was talking to much and trusting people. All are snakes there. I know I was wrongful terminated. It's ok tho God see all, hear all . I'll let him handle it.

Worst experience of my life. Went today with my baby and my baby was fussing alittle and one of the workers gets in my baby’s face and says “ Oh you upset cause nobody paying attention to you” like get out of my child’s face she’s fine and mind your business and the skinny chick with the tattoos followed me around the entire time I was there and was super rude just made me so uncomfortable

The worst treatment that I've ever experienced in a store just happened. The attitude of the sale woman's is the worst. They treat you like as if your not gonna pay for your clothes, in reality these employees shouldn't be in front of a customer service. They are the worst I've seen in my life....

I never write a review... but after today's experience I think I should. I went in this morning at 10:05 to be exact to buy some shoes. There was the cashier and myself in the store, no one else. So I'm looking at the shoes and I know she seen me because again I'm the only one in the store and I have a stroller with me. So I'm looking and waiting for about 10 minutes trying on the shoes that are on the shelf because she didn't even bother to come and ask if I was doing OK or if there was a size she could get me... I had to go up to her and ask if there was anyone else in the store who could helped me because obviously she was too busy, but she said " No I'm the only one that can help you!"After bringing out the shoes I say thank you with a SMILE ON my face and walked around before paying my shoes. When I go to pay them I have to ask her which cash register to go to... after paying she tells me that she doesn't have a bag for the shoes (2 pairs) and if I can shove them some where in the stroller. ?Really what kind of retail store doesn't have bags, better yet actual people that want to work or at least try to help. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I SHOULDN'T OF EVEN BOUGHT THE DAM SHOES!

Honestly don't work here they refuse to pay you the week your supoosed to get paid because pay roles still high which is illegal. I reported them to the better business Bureau among other things
