worst place ever, I called several times to get help and that hanged up on me more that 5 times, and all I wanted to do is pay them for our order. hate this costumer service place.

I just experienced the road rage of their driver while taking my child to school this morning. He cut us off when I had the right away and then when I had to get over into the continuous lane he started speeding up to ride my tail to the turn-about. He laid on his horn the entire time. Drivers all around saw this and were looking at him like he was crazy. Then into the turn-about he tried running us off the road. I have it all on my dashcam. On Hampden he took off going about 80-85 mph leaving us in the dust. Funny, we ended up being behind him at the turn signal on Kipling. It's one thing to act like a raving lunatic while driving, but to do that in your company's vehicle. Way to represent. You might think about screening your help a little better.

I've been very happy with Burkhart. They have been an all around good team to work with. Our Rep, Morgan is always easy to get a hold of. Kathy at Practice support has been awesome as well. I think this is one of the hidden gems of working with Burkhart...their practice support does a great job at consulting.

Shady billing policies. They place finance charges if you do not pay 3 days before deadline and they get upset at you because it take 3 days for them to get notified through their 3rd party billing service. Weird stuff.

Burkhart Dental is an extension of our team. We would not be able to provided the quality of care we give to our patients without them. From Alison who is always looking out for our overhead, Paul who helps us with equipment and the entire team that is there when we need them. Mary has put together a great group of caring, personable and professional people. If you are looking for a top notch group that has your best interest in mind you can't go wrong with this group at Burkhart Dental.

Amazing customer service. I have been with Burkhart for 7 years now. They were instrumental in helping me build my building and business from the ground up. They helped me assemble everyone on our team from Accountants, to contractors and architects. The process was flawless. They have been beyond attentive to our needs since we have opened, and helped us to become successful beyond anything that we could have ever dreamed of. Brandyn continues to help us maintain our materials overhead and keep costs reasonable. He truely cares about the success of our business and team. I would definitely recommend them for your practice. Very reliable and hassle free business.

Stay the hell away from Burkhart Dental Supply. Amateur untrained bargain basement technicians who couldn't put D-cell batteries in a flashlight on their best day. In particular stay away from Joe, a pseudo-manager who whines nonstop to anyone who'll listen about his fat ass being thrown off his HOA board, where even his fellow HOA members got tired of his tyrannical little tantrums and hissyfits and sent him packing. Worst in the industry by far; whatever they tell you, their work will not be done on time, they will have to order a part, it will cost more, etc. Fellow dental professionals-go with a reputable company and leave this band of incompetant assclowns alone-they are not worth your time.
