Love going there! Ana is the reason my girlfriend and I go back time after time. She is friendly and super helpful! If you haven't been there before, definitely go in and ask for Ana's help!

Went in on 5/30/22 at 630pm for some reserved items and even called to make sure they had them and drove 30 miles to be told they don't. Then I asked for a manager and the girl said, they don't have one in (even though they did) and asked if I wanted to order them and have shipped. I said sure thing. Next, a manager came, who said she was a lead (Jasmine) and told me they don't have Rock Revivial shorts in Red and never did. Knowing I wanted to order them as she stood there while the sales girl with glasses on told me she can order them online and have them shipped to me. Jasmine was rude and didn't want to help. These people work on commission and not only don't want to make money, but don't want to help customers either and are very condescending. I buy at all the stores in Denver and at least one person at every location always says hello to me by name, Tony. This locations night lead (Jasmine) is garbage and is nothing but disrespectful and unwilling to even place an online order for her salesman to earn commission. I flat out told them that my fiance and I will go home and order off their website instead because I'll be damned if I ever go back and give them my business at that location. I'll be telling everyone about their poor customer service and unwillingness to assist their customers.

So I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I felt like I need to given my experience at this location recently. Let me just start out by saying I was an MT for Buckle for a number of years, so there is a standard of customer service I expect because it was burned into my brain as a teammate.I went to this location to pick up a reserve - I had created the reserve around 7am, and stopped by around 5pm as I was in the area. Upon walking in, nobody greeted me. Not a big deal, it was busy. I had to wait in line for a couple of minutes for a teammate to help me - turns out they never filled my reserve. Again, it was busy, so not a huge deal. I grabbed my reserves by myself, and was also looking for another item I couldn’t immediately find. I asked a teammate, Natalie, where this item was - she was very unpleasant and just gestured to the correct rack.After finding what I was looking for, I get to the counter and Natalie is checking me out. I asked her if I could split my purchase between my Buckle card and debit card - again, really unpleasant. My Buckle card declined for some reason, and we had to run the transaction again - it worked the second time, but Natalie’s attitude remained during the entire transaction. I finished checking out and couldn’t leave fast enough.I love shopping at this location, and I know their store manager/a number of teammates and how amazing they usually are, but this left a really bad taste in my mouth and definitely was not the Buckle experience I have come to expect both as a guest and a former MT.

Went in looking for new clothes. When I declined help from the male sales associate, he replied, "Do you shoplift often?" Ridiculously bad sales etiquette. I left immediately and will not return.

Poor customer service. The manager Alisha showed some very poor customer service today. She has a few things to learn about taking care of customers who spend lots of money thee. I was told I could have a few hangers during my recent purchase there 2 weeks ago. I forgot to get them. I went back with my receipt just in case to get them and she wouldn't even let me have a few. Wow. I will going to another Buckle store in the future.

This was the most painless and pleasant jean shopping experience I have ever had. Sydney was so helpful and pleasant. This young lady was absolutely exceptional! I have never met a sales associate with such an amazing personality! This young lady will be going places. She took care of all my needs and even interacted with my little one. I never had this before. I recommend coming to Buckle for all your clothing needs! Awesome customer service with a vast selection of quaily jeans and shirts. I will without a doubt be back! Thank you Sydney!!!
