I love the suits from Brooks Brothers. They didn’t have the suit pants in my size and their shipping is 7-10 days. Seems like a long time for shipping doesn’t it?By the way, the women working there aren’t going to help you or talk to you unless you walk up to one of them and interrupt their conversation. Left empty handed and didn’t feel great about my visit.

Starting a new job and needed some business casual wear - Brooks Brothers was the obvious choice. Amy was incredibly helpful and accommodating as I tried on several different things. She gave me valuable input and had great suggestions. Prices are unbeatable and the selection was very impressive.

Dropped in today to look for a sport coat and dressy casual clothes for my son who's about to graduate from college. My son hasn't shopped for/worn dress clothes in a few years, but the staff at the store were happy to take his measurements and help us find exactly what we were looking for. Sales associate Nolan was particularly helpful in finding clothes in my son's size, and helping to evaluate proper fit - all without pressuring us to buy anything. It's surprising that this is an outlet store when the quality of the clothes, selection, and customer service is so excellent. Highly recommend!

Told an associate I needed help because pants don’t fit an athletic build and got no advice, not what I should look for given my inseam and waist to then get tailored elsewhere, nothing. The premium for help is baked into the price of the wares, but the employees are totally unhelpful

One of there employees stole my credit card information when the bank informed me of everything .. the manger helped trying to cover up what happend they didn’t report tryd to us my debit card information TWICE with the cashier help like be careful of the employees here they are not professional and trying to take my credit card information thank god my bank told me everything

Chris was incredibly professional and helpful. I came here to purchase a suit after having a horrible experience at the Men’s Wearhouse in Boulder. I did not know my size for anything- Chris took it in stride, measured me up, got me a great looking suit for a great price, and even told me what to tell the tailor when hemming the pants.
