This store is very cute with a lot of nostalgic items! I purchased a few things (a Stitch button up shirt for my husband, a Halloween Stitch cookie jar, and a Stitch backpack. The cookie jar didn’t have a box but the staff was kind enough to get some styrofoam to put it in along with extra tissue paper and packaging tape to make sure it was safe. The only issue we had was when it was time to pay- our total came to $184.05. I gave the cashier $200.05 in cash. She counted it several times and told me I still owed her $4. I let her know I gave her $200.05 so I should get $16 in change. She took the $200 to another cashier to recount and confirmed it was $200. She gave me $15.95 in change along with my nickel because she forgot to type in the computer the 5 cents. I tried to explain she could still take all the change back and give me a dollar and her drawer would be correct but she was confused. Maybe a bit more cash training for the cashiers since it’s not used all the time anymore as a form of payment. Other than that wonderful service!

Been here a few times and staff was always nice. Went in earlier today and one of the employees was going on an extremely racist rant. How is this at all acceptable?

Went in to get a Veggie Unicorno blind box, the girl at the register was super sweet and had an awesome corn tattoo. I think she’s the reason why I got the one I wanted, Corny!

The location is great, and the items are always amazing. The reason for the review today is our encounter with the store employee, Josh. He was very inviting and welcomed everyone to the store. His laidback approach and amazing customer service is not found these days. Great hire!

Very poor service. There was two girls that were running the floor with no manager they could not solve my issue so I asked for a higher up or corporate number and they said all they had was their personal bosses number and they can’t give that out but they said they do not know the number for BoxLunch corporate or they do not know the number for anyone higher up than them, so if BoxLunch, you are reading this, can I get a Ducking number to report a issue to. Your dam kids running the store don’t know at all

We visited while on a work trip from out of state. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. It was a fantastic experience, I will return if/when we return to the area!
