Boot Barn claims their boots have a one year warranty. I bought a pair of boots 4 months ago for my husband. They are his dressy boots so he doesn’t wear them very often. The insole on one boot pealed out making them very uncomfortable. My first move was to bring them back to the store I bought them from and they were very unhelpful. So I went directly to the company. They had me go through all the trouble of taking pictures of the defect and emailing it to them with proof of purchase which I did only to be told the best they could do was credit me $30. So what exactly do they mean by a one year warranty. I won’t be buying boots from them again, unless somehow they decide to make this right.

My family which was a group of 5 came to visit on 10/1 around 6pm. My family from Southern Indiana was visiting me this past week. My wife and I live in Lakewood and have never shopped at this store.
I talked to my mom into purchasing me a cowboy hat for Christmas as they are very familiar due to my dad owning multiple hats. They both suggested going to boot barn to purchase my first hat as they have very quality products for a good price .
I walked into this location on 10/1/24 around 6pm and was not greeted once when I walked into the door. I do remember seeing almost 3 employees behind the register talking and making eye contact with one of them and still wasn't greeted.
I walked to the cowboy hat section very excited for someone to suggest to me what would look good or what would go with my outfit. I think I may have been there for over 30 minutes and still not person wanted to say hi to me.
I felt like maybe I had done something wrong or did I make the employees mad about something? Why wouldn't they want to help me? I was trying on multiple different hats and still no one wanted to help.
This experience left me very discouraged and very disappointed as Boot Barn came highly recommended from my parents. I was looking forward to purchasing my first cowboy hat as well.
As someone who has multiple years of customer service and retail experience, this was not something I would ever let happen when managing a store.
I plan on calling the corporate office to make sure they are aware of the situation.

Was with my entire family about 5 of us. We were all in the market for some cowboy hats. We walked around and tried on multiple multiple hats. Hoping someone would come over and help us out making the best choice.
We were at the store for over 45 minutes with not one person offering to help. We asked for help with shaping a hat. The only help we got was being told they don’t have one this evening. There were 3 ladies working on 10/1/2024 around 7:00 and customer service was very very poor.
Store was overall clean and very presentable. But in a customer service based job the wrong people are running your store.

Huge variety of western style clothing and apparel. We loved it here. Prices are a little high but that is expected for the quality of products that they have.

Would be a great place to put a real Boot Barn. Hat steamer has been broken for "It's been broken for a long time" and "We have no idea if and when it will be fixed".

Expensive but the perfect place to find the perfect boots, amongst other things. Staff here are very nice and very helpful. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
