I scheduled an appointment with Sierra but when I showed up there was no one there and the building was locked with the lights off. I tried calling and leaving a voicemail and text and a few hours later I still haven't received a reply. I ended up sitting waiting outside for over a half hour before I finally left because I didn't want to be waiting all day. I had seen the mixed reviews prior to going but I tried to go in with an open mind and give the benefit of the doubt, but I have to admit I was pretty disappointed when she didn't show or answer any communication.

If I could give this negative stars I would! I made an appointment with Sierra on a Saturday. When I got there, it wasn't even open. I waited around for 15 minutes as well as called and texted her and no response. I drove out of my way and no heads up or a phone call?! Still have not heard back from her. Lol! Seriously, do not waste your time here! Worst customer service at it's finest!!!

I can't genuinely give her a one star rating because I never got to experience her services. Like the other ratings warn, my appointment was greeted with a no call, no show, and no answering of phone calls when the time came. The studio was closed and locked up. I arrived early and waited fifteen minutes after our scheduled time, all while calling her phone.

Wow! Where did these other people go? Sierra is amazing! I recently moved from CA and had a terrible set of lashes on. I was in a rush. Not only did she fit me in, she fixed my lashes, and gave me the groupon rate. My lashes were GORGEOUS. She has the before and after pictures to prove it. In all the years I've had my lashes done, they have never looked so beautiful and natural.No one but Sierra will ever do my lashes again. Plus, she's so nice. I thoroughly enjoy our conversations when I am there. And no matter what lash crisis or last minute event I have, she is right there to save the day! Please, see Sierra!. Trust me! You will never go anywhere else!

JUST DON'T.
1. Sierra is unprofessional. The other reviews calling her a "scam artist" are true. Please please please listen to these reviews and spend your money on better quality lashes and overall experience.
2. The lashes did not even last a whole week. It took her 2 hours to do them. I have gone to other places for much less money and it takes much less time.

I have been getting my lashes and hair done at the Blow Out Hair Studio for quite a few years now and I always walk away with satisfied results, no to mention the customer service is top notch!!

I've been going to Sierra for a while now and she always takes care of me. She does a great job! I get lots of compliments on my lashes . After trying several other lash places her prices are very reasonable. She is very professional and I will continue to use her services.

I absolutely love this place. I receive several complements on my hair whenever I get it done at Blow Out Studio. My stylist has always been on time or notified me if she's running a little late due to traffic or some unforseen circumstance.
