Kevin Gonzales of the Geek Squad rocks! He helped with triaging a TV that suffered unexpected damage, and was very knowledgeable and empathetic regarding the situation at hand. 10/10 customer service. We’ll definitely come back to him in the future if needed!

So disappointed in the customer service. My mother in law bought a new tv, so excited to host the Super Bowl. Her 3 sons easily installed it easily, but the tv was broken as could be. Disappointing, but we thought they’d fix their error. When we tried to return the tv there was nothing but deflection, no support. My mother in law is so wonderful and it’s heartbreaking to see her treated so poorly. Very sad to see her out $400.

We ordered a range (oven and stove) from this Best Buy December 26 after being assured it would be delivered January 15. Then January 29, then February 3, then February 11. All these dates were guaranteed, no problem, for sure going to be there. I have just gotten off the phone with them and the range is now going to be delivered March 1. This is inexcusable for a business to have absolutely no idea when something will arrive. It they don't know, then say "our best guess is...". But guaranteed, for sure, no problem implies the product will arrive. The salespeople at the store were most helpful - this review is not about them. It is about the central office of Best Buy. I will NEVER shop there again, and I encourage anyone to buy something only if they can carry it out the door the day of purchase.
UPDATE: the issue has been resolved: I bought an identical range at a competitor of Best Buy; it was delivered a week later.

Terrible phone system. People in the store are great, but you can’t even reach them directly. You used to be able to call and speak to the person you worked with in the store or who is working on your vehicle, ask a quick question, follow-up, etc. Now you’re stuck in an endless menu loop, wait on hold forever and when you finally get a real person on the line, they’re in a call center somewhere, not in the location you called, and are typically clueless. Clueless not only about products and trying to read a script or specs on a computer, but no knowledge of your previous interactions, conversations or work being done.

After being refused, service to bring back the wrong cord given to by the assistant manager. I recommend you take extra time to go

Falsely advertised a television, ordered online only to come in to find that out. Less than helpful resolving the issue. Won't be returning to this Best Buy again.
Update: I reached out via social media per the response and the folks with Best Buy corporate were incredibly helpful, they understood the issue and made it right. I'm leaving the one star review for this location though because the "manager" I spoke with did nothing to help in the situation and actually gave me false information based on what the corporate team told me.
