I stopped over and was met with a sign on the door…back by 2. It was 1:55 so I waited.
There were several people also waiting. I left at 2:10. The next day I tried calling. No one answered. So I ordered online…and went over when I got an email.

Set up an appointment in the morning for an afternoon repair consultation, arrived on time for the appointment and was told no one was there to do repairs and the employee said she was busy and could look at incoming appointments to respond to customers requesting repairs. There was no one in the store or parking lot. Unacceptable, had to drive 30 minutes and was turned away. 6-30-24 1:24pm.

We called in to make sure they had the battery we needed, which they did and set aside for us since it was the last one left. Great location right at the CO Mills mall

So this is the place to get your phone fixed they had exceptional customer in IT service and fixed it my Samsung in under an hour at a reasonable price. This company has really well trained employees that have excellent customer service and I probably wouldn't go anywhere else. The first location I went to didn't have the part but they looked around at stores to find it since I have a slightly older phone and they found the location I went there and the guy just knocked it out for me. You know what it's like when you don't have your phone. And I dropped it and broke my screen and I got it fixed during my work day. As a professional driver it's important to have a phone with GPS on it that works. Trevor the technician at this location knew his stuff and did a great job.

We needed a replacement key for our Ford F-150. The price quoted by the dealer was quite high, but they recommended Batteries Plus for the same service, but much more reasonable. Trevor thoroughly explained the process and time involved. As we are nearing the holidays, I have them a mini-loaf of gluten-free banana bread.

I came in to get my key fob battery changed and they got it done quick as a wink. Andrew & Trevor also helped with a battery charger for my laptop too. It was a quick exchange and I’ll recommend them to everyone I know.

My car key broke and I called this location to get a new ,Tim W assured me that he could get me a new key today if I get there before 430. I left Vail CO at 315 to get there on time and was met with rudeness and was told he didn't carry my key in stock and he didn't bother to get the details of my car before all of this and now his negligence has stranded me 2 hours away from home. I would give 0 stars if I could.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE.. Went in on Monday to get my screen replaced. However they didnt have it in stock. They ordered it and it came in on Wednesday. When I talked to Tim they told me they cannot replace the screen because they dont have the instructions to do so. They had that discussion company wide with samsung two days before Wednesday (Monday). So now I am out of pocket even more money because they are incapable of fulfilling their contracted obligations with the insurance company.
