Bath & Body Works offers hundreds of quality products, from fragrant body lotion and shower gel to the world's best 3-wick candles, perfect for treating yourself or someone else. The store is very neat and clean, with a nice selection of scents for men and women, though some note a limited selection of manly hand soap scents. There are many new scents with redesigned packaging, though prices are higher unless there is a sale. Staff are helpful, friendly, and ready to provide stupendous customer service, even when the store is jam-packed. While some favorite products have been discontinued, it remains a popular destination for future purchases.

The staff is very helpful and kind, Xavier helped me find what I needed and gave great suggestions on products. He answered all the questions I had and helped to narrow down the search for what I wanted. He also periodically checked on me to ensure I was still doing good, very respectful and great communication.
