Avoid this bank at any cost! Their ATM took my card and they didn’t even bother to give an explanation or send a technician. Spent an hour with customer services, useless. The branch staff and manager were RUDE, just kept saying they cannot do anything. I called branch again and they just hang up on me. It would cause you a lot trouble banking with them and you will be treated UNFAIRLY.

Banks atm swallowed $340 and did not spit the money back out, we called customer service only to sit on the phone for 2 hours for them to file a claim! disgusting avoid this sorry excuse for a bank!

I spent just under 30 minutes standing in line with no one in front of me . One person was being helped the entire time. During the duration of my time in the bank I was never acknowledged by the staff.. I decided to leave and head to the location on Wadsworth and Alameda. I was helped and out of the door within four minutes.

Can't walk into the bank. Have to use the drive thru. Told the clerk GLORIA I want to cash my check, then deposit some and receive the rest. So naturally she doesn't do that and my money isn't available now. What a joke this bank is. They charge to cash a check written from their own bank. You can't even cash the check and deposit it correctly so my money is available. This place is a joke and this lakewood branch is laughable. So now you took $1500 of my money but won't give me any of it. Killer job guys

Lisa and her staff are so personable, they provide service with a smile. Great attitudes.!! Unlike some other banks where the tellers will get to you after I finish this text message. I’ve been going to this location for approximately 6-8 months and everyone greets you when you walk through the doors. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Can not get anyone on the phone, chat or through email. Pretty important to be able to talk with your bank. Credit Union here I come.

This bank I a joke. You can't go inside. Alsowhen you finally get help in the drive thru, they are so rude!! I'm glad I don't personally have this bank, I just come here for my work!

I'm parked outside my vehicle waiting for the branch to open their lobby and they racially profiled me racially profiled me and called the cops. They wouldn't let me in the lobby I had to walk up to the drive up teller and then when I proceeded to close my bank account they stole my ATM debit card and wouldn't give it back I had a call Lakewood PD.

This branch is worthless. They should shut it down since no one is ever working there any way. I’ve had accounts at Bank of the West for over 20 years. I have used many branches and never seen issues like this branch has.

Lobby isn't open as I found out after trying to go in. So obviously ended up behind more people when I hit the drive thru. Then had to send things back and 4th 3 times to complete transaction ?
