My experience is indescribable! I have never been treated with such respect and enthusiasm furthermore with the greatest professionalism from start to finish in my life!I came here by a referral to due my taxes for my business and apply for a house after i was told by many realtors and lenders that I would never apply or be able to afford a house. A realtor by the corner of sheridan and Morrison even said to us that with our income, we won’t qualify for a single apple! Until I came here and was welcomed by Geni, who set up my appointment to talk to Leticia. I was blown away by how detailed and knowledgeable Leticia was about my taxes, and in a matter of minutes I had their accounting, bookkeeper, lender, assistants and their other realtors all together with me in a room. Fast forward 11 months, we just closed on my first house! Thanks to Leticia’s leadership and determination to help us after all hopes were lost and heartbroken by other realtors' lack of knowledge, detail, and information.Mad respect to Nora, Lindy, Geni, Maria, Melissa, Israel, and Fernando, to name a few of her team who worked from start to finish with the same enthusiasm and determination as Leticia since day 1. Everyone in the office synchronized together effortlessly. Their synergy and team work is something to admire! i will highly recommend this place to buy your home and do your business and personal taxes!

There are places with more experience and quality of service and fair prices.
Today my partner had a bad experience because Mrs. Leti practically kicked us out of her business just because two weeks ago I said that I no longer wanted to do my taxes with them because they serve her reluctantly and offend and for everything they want to charge for claiming credit and yes They also want an estimated fee and that seems unfair to me, which is why you pay for tax preparation. And only because one of their employees named Nora who reluctantly served me and offended me and who never called me and one must be calling to get a response. I said that I no longer wanted his services and I complied but my partner arrived and also treated him badly and who was to blame for my decision. He was apart. She did not behave like a professional.

Son profesionales. pero lo que no me gusta cuando hago mis impuestos es que siempre se paga en efectivo y además tiene uno que esperar mas de media hora para la elaboración de los impuestos y aveces no hay tiempo para estar esperando ; o no se trae el dinero en efectivo. me gustaría que cambiaran esas dos cosas porque uno pierde tiempo.

I did my taxes here March 22 2022 got the paper work an everything and I still have not received my state refund were as in the past I receive it in withing a few weeks. I keep calling and they always say 6 more weeks we are in June already first and last time I do my taxes with them . Ise mis taxes aqui desde marzo 22 y todavia no me llega mi dinero que me debe el estado no mas me dicen 6 mas semanas cada ves ya estamos en junio. James se avia tardado tanto Este fue el primer y Ultimo ano que ago mis taxes con Aztec

The team here at Aztec are the best!! They were there for me start to finish. Helping me get my credit in line and answering any questions I had. When things got rocky with my bank they hustled to help me figure it out and NEVER left me hanging. They treated me as if I was family. Thank you all for helping me find my home!!
