Love this location. Drive thru car wash plus free vacuums. Not really crowded like other places and the staff are always friendly.

Overpaid for an alleged “60 day shine” wash. Photo of vehicle less than a week later. There was literally a car accident inside the wash due to lack of communication from staff with Autowash management refusing to return the emails and calls of the two drivers involved for 60+ days and counting following the accident. What a negligent and terribly run business.

I signed up for their $20 any wash monthly plan about 9 months ago. That was for any wash once a day. Soon after that they changed the terms and by we could only get the Superior wash. That’s fine with me but notice would have been nice. Today I went to get the grime off my car and the app only gave me the Economy wash option. The employee at the entrance told me that they decided to only offer the economy at $20 and would have to fork out $35 a month or more to have more options. Again this company has changed up their offerings with no notice and it trying to take more money from consumers. I will be going back to Cobblestone and cancelling my membership. They should also update their signage…

Going to this car wash location is like going to a cigarette smoking OB/GYN. The Autowash brand is built on no contact and no harsh detergents. I take my nicer, newer car to Autowash religiously with their membership. This particular rebranded Autowash express location is a full contact car wash. It will damage and scratch your paint. Five stars for literally every other Autowash location. This specific location concept goes against what makes their brand special.

I am so disappointed in this business. I've been with Autowash for at least 1 1/2 years now. It used to be for $19.99/month, you could get the best wash - the 'Incredible'. Several months ago, there was a change that only allowed the 'Superior' wash for the same price of $19.99. There was no email received nor new signage stating the change. I was unhappy about that but the service was good and I liked the employees at the Cedar Pl location so I kept my membership. I went in yesterday and found out from an employee - again no email/posted signage - that I can only get the 'Express' wash now for the $19.99. The 'Superior' wash is now $39.99/month. A $20 increase in less than 6 months. Such a disappointment. Does anyone know of a new car wash? Because I will no longer spend my money at Autowash...

Very nice tunnel, I love how much detergent this location puts on your vehicle. The only downside (in my opinion) is the lack of colored detergents, but the colorful LED light show more than makes up for that!

I paid for the extra expensive ultimate wash, thinking not toweling it off I might have some water spots when I got home. I didn't realize the back of my car would still be filthy. Bummer.
