Personally, I expect all business to to offer the above traits. However, with ever changing and expensive P&C insurance, a fancy web site is not a reason to enroll with any ole insurance company. Advice, knowledge and a comfortable rapport with my agent is paramount. Chelsea @ Associated Agents Insurance exceeded my requirements. Not only did Chelsea save me $$$$ she gave excellent insight as to the coverage my family needed. Beyond the savings, I feel my premiums are well spent for the proper financial protection of my property. Having met the other team members, you can be assured to receive the same service before and after policies are issued. Chelsea is extremely responsive, helpful and experienced. We've saved a lot of money on home insurance coverage due to Chelsea, and she knows all the nuances of insurance coverage. She's the best insurance agent we've ever had for our home, condo and automobile coverages.

Associated Agents is an awesome insurance company. I am a small millwork company and they have, on numerous occasions, treated me like I was one of their biggest clients. Sheri and Alison have come thru for me countless times. Their response time is truly lightening fast. I have asked them for a certificate of insurance and within the hour (often sooner) my contractor has a copy. They are fabulous! Highly recommend them.
