Highly recommend AOC! My relationship to AOC stretches almost 15 years. From short-term RDH temping upon my arrival to Denver in 2010 to being placed in a dream permanent job that lasted almost 9 years to now - returning to the world of temping as a way to create a life which includes work, time with family & travel. The support & understanding that the entire team at AOC gives to their employees is top notch. The level of integrity they give & expect from their employees is hard to find these days. Also, the quality of the dental practices allows for opportunities to learn & grow. I have to give a special nod to Shannon. Her sincerity, kindness & ability to understand my needs helped to co-create a thriving relationship between myself, AOC & the offices I temp for. Amazing company to work for. I was New to CO and wanted to hit the ground running with RDH work. I met With Shannon to interview and could tell from the first minute how nice and caring she was. She and her team that I work With daily have been a dream. I’ve temped before where companies did not have my back if placed in an office I was Uncomfortable with and Shannon and her team will never let you feel uncomfortable. They always go above and beyond. I hope To move back to CO one day so I can Work along side them again soon!!
