I am so thrilled I found Aspen Dental! Hands down, one of the most pleasant dentist visits I have ever had. I was so nervous going in, but the compassion and expertise from each individual that will be part of my treatment plan, put me at complete ease. I absolutely look forward to my next appointments!

My dad is getting up there in age so he usually has a hard time in the dentist but at this location it went really good! The staff made him feel really comfortable and it was a very smooth front desk process.

Everyone, Destiny, Rafael & Dr. Shergill were professional yet welcoming. Answering my every concern. I was anxious and fearful of having 7 teeth extracted but they put my fears at ease. Setting up a payment plan was quick and affordable for my senior income.I can't thank you enough.Sincerely,Pj

The best place ever!I experienced an unexpected situation - similar to the "dog ate my homework" to my dog chewed up my denture! Ugh, it was the worst timing with the holidays coming up.I first went to another place who did not have a lab onsight and they said I would be lucky if I got them by Christmas - welp, that was not going to work :(. So I called Aspen Dental in Lakewood and they not only saw me the same day, but they also were willing to do 3 appointments (X-rays, impressions, etc) in one day.I just went back this week for the second to last fitting (Wax) and they felt and looked BEAUTIFUL!!!! I joked that I would take the wax ones home, but knowing after having coffee they would not work - LOL!!!I can't wait for next week's appointment to get my final ones - special shout out to Dr.Shergill, Dental assistant Alondra, Lab Technician Mark and a very, very special shout out to Rafael! Rafael, you took that first appointment and made it into 3. I cannot thank you and your team enough.Happy Holidays!!!! I would recommend you to everyone :)

As someone who hasn't been to a dentist since I was a child, I was honestly anxious because I had no idea what I was doing when I arrived, but thanks to the warm staff and doctors I felt welcomed and that they really cared about my health. A big thumbs up to the Lakewood team!

Amazing dentist office!! Tiffany has been my hygienist and is so incredibly kind and gentle. Also Destiny works the front desk and is SO on top of EVERYTHING!!I was so scared because my teeth were very concerning to me. But they worked with me and made my smile something where I can show my teeth again after two years of hiding them. Highly recommend. The doctors are also well-educated and very kind. The whole “no-judgment” thing they claim is 100% true. I love them. This is the best place I’ve gone. Thanks so much to the whole Aspen Dental team.

I recently moved here and was recommended for a deep cleaning for another $1000. When I went back home to my original dentist they said my teeth and gums were fine and got a regular cleaning. Aspen wants to charge you extra service that is not needed!

I felt like I wasn’t being treated for the issue that I needed help with, they were pushing for more frequent cleanings and not attending to my broken tooth. I left without any treatment and a bill for $8000+ for very minor treatments, including a $135 toothbrush I did not ask for. Felt like I was being scammed the whole time, never going again.

This is just a review of scheduling. I had an appointment for cleaning on 11/13. I received 3 please confirm text messages leading up to the appointment. When I arrive i was informed that no one was going to be thee to do the routine cleaning. I am ok with canceling however no one bothered to let me know ahead of time. They have provided do provide great service - but this was just rude I put my morning aside just for this and no one could bother to let me know ahead of time, I wonder if they like it when patients are no shows.

Consumer beware... Their philosophy and sales tactics are Up sale, Up sale, and Up sale. I went in for an emergency visit with a tooth pain of 10 of 10, 10 on the scale being the worst pain one could feel... and the advice was take over the counter aspirin... and take 125mg of amoxicillin. Setup an appointment for a root cannel. So, I need a root cannel therefore there must be pain involved? In fact, I was given an option of a partial consult or a full consult for my whole mouth, when I made it clear I was there for the pain on my left side only. They came back and said the full exam would be on them if the Insurance provider would not authorize it. SO they could up sale I'm assuming. Now if I go get a second opinion my dental plan will not cover an additional and or other Examination. My expectations were to get emergency care for major pain. Instead, I need thousands of dollars in Dental work. Which may be the case, but the reason I was there was not remedied. A bit of advice... Listen to your customer's needs!

My first couple visits with Aspen Dental in Lakewood have been incredible. I avoided removing my wisdom teeth for 20 years simply being too scared of the procedure. Dr. Ahmed and DA Rafael made me feel SO comfortable! DA Rafael shared his own experience with me, Dr. Ahmed made sure I did not feel a thing, and everything was fast and easy. I could not be happier with my experiences surrounding this procedure, and I’m actually feeling happy to do my follow up work. Aspen Dental has helped with all of my questions and concerns, they are all just a really wonderful team. Highly recommend this place!

Nope bad experience. SHE didnt listen to me at all or what I wanted to have done. Matter of fact SHE said ABSOLUTELY NOT very rudely. Then told me HER plan that was absolutely against what I asked, also what she planned was ten times more expensive than what I requested . ASPEN DENTAL IS A BAD PLACE BECAUSE OF MONEY HUNGRY DENTISTS LIKE THIS . Then she broke my jaw bone extracting the tooth. Had bone fragments coming out for a month . Went back she didnt take em out had to see new dentist 10 minutes in his chair and i was fragment free and have a great new Dentist. Aspen Dental not the place for me .

I visited because I heard the ads about service and price. My present dentist gave me a price that was way too high. Aspen outdid my dentist with a price $400 higher and then proceeded to sell me a lot of dentistry that a man of 82 years doesn’t need. Consequently, I don’t feel that I can trust Aspen.

The guy working the front desk was the kindest. In fact, he was the only decent thing about my visit. No one was particularly unkind, however they didn't make me feel very great through my visit. I felt poorly judged from the start of the x-ray process. My main area of unhappiness, however, came from the unkind and judgmental attitude I got from the practitioner when I asked to keep MY teeth. Her responce was rude and when I simply and calmly mentioned the FACT that a patient keeping their own teeth is not an OSHA violation, I got rude and judgemental attitude from her and she shrugged me off like I had paid her an insult or disrespected her is some way. Any sort of medical practice is not a place where anyone should be made to feel small, judged or unheard. My request was simple and made politely. It was discarded for some reason only that practitioner can know. I don't remember her name or her assistant but I do know that this is exactly the kind of place that me and my teeth do not trust and will not be returning to by any means. I will sooner remove my own teeth than come back to this practice. I would not trust the practitioners who work for this dental group due to this experience and I will be telling anyone who asks me about how I was treated here, and furthermore I will be going to a much kinder doctor and establishment to continue to look for care. There is simply no way I'm going to let such an incompassionate "doctor" who showed me such attitude and judgement over a simple request near my teeth and gums with sharp tools. Especially since it seemed to me that she passed me on to a traveling practitioner after I was shrugged off. (Funny because thats how a child acts when theyre proved wrong or dont get thier way.) Yeah, absolutely NO way. While I don't agree with it in its entirety, there is a saying that goes "bad doctors become dentists" - well, I guess bad dentists become practitioners at Aspen dental. You're here to HELP PEOPLE. Do better.
