Steve, our repair technician was a very competent and honest skilled specialist . He quickly diagnosed the issue and concisely relayed what was wrong with dad’s stairlifts. He did not try to “sell” dad any other repairs. Steve’s honesty in this day and age was a breath of fresh air and greatly appreciated!

Greg and Ascent Mobility are great! I have always had good service from them. Greg is very professional and has always been on time for any service calls he has answered! Greg has always been great to have in our home and treats us with respect.

Just had my Brooks chair lift serviced. It stopped moving yesterday and thought there could have been a bigger issue. Chris came in and repaired it in a few minutes, now working perfectly again.

Everyone at Ascent Mobility has been so kind to me. We have rented ramps, installed grab bars, and a chair lift. Shari, Aaron, Greg, and Chris, and I know I’m leaving someone else out, have been amazing. Always right on top of returning calls, or sending someone out to the house to make things just right.
