I have been frequenting this dispensary for a few years now and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. I shop on the medical side and what I love the most is the convenience of placing orders online whenever I need to. They also have their own line of edibles, which are absolutely delightful. The Indica CBN gummies, in particular, work wonders for me. The quality, consistency, and packaging of their products are always outstanding. As a member, I am extremely satisfied with the deals they offer. Furthermore, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, my experience with this dispensary has been nothing short of exceptional.

I went in looking to grab a quick pre-roll for $5 but they only had indica joints available, so I bought some flower instead. The selection was pretty limited, the buds were small and cracker dry. An eighth was right near $34. Just not a good value at all in my personal experience based on selection, price and quality of the bud.

On Nov 14th at 5:24pm, Patrick D. advertised a deal to me for an ounce at $85 and deliberately shorted me by over a gram.I politely reminded him that an ounce weighs in at 28.35 grams, and he rebutted with "nope" and refused to acknowledge his error. When I later spoke to a so-called 'supervisor' over the phone, I was told it is, "virtually impossible to weigh [out] the flower at precisely 28.35 grams because of strain variance", despite their scale's capability of weighing to the nearest hundredth of a gram.This dispensary encourages their employees to deliberately short customers, and proceeds to gaslight them as concerns about the integrity of a sale and an associate's behavior are raised, chalking them up to arbitrary inconsistencies based upon strain.As an original red card holder (the first edition of Colorado's Medical Marijuana License) dating back to 2009, I have never witnessed such blatant disregard for accuracy, transparency, customer service etiquette and intentionally duplicitous behavior from a budtender. He refused to acknowledge and correct his error and attempted to absolve his wrongdoing by refuting fact and subsequently changing the reasoning behind his decision to willfully short me.I'm disappointed that the business practices in place (or lack thereof) at this location can only be described as untoward and unethical.Henceforth, I will be taking my business to Ajoya; a nearby dispensary where business ethics and moral rectitude are maintained, flower is weighed out heavy, and surprise discounts are offered frequently.After two years of shopping at Ascend Lakewood, I will no longer support this business due to an unequivocally disconcerting and flagrantly unscrupulous praxis.

10/10 This flower may be some of the best in all of Colorado. Born and raised in Denver and been smoking for about 20 years. The prices and flower are among the best in Denver by far! Small little mom and pop. What else do you need when the flower speaks for itself. So glad I decided to come in. Thanks homie who helped me today! Prime choice on the j? This is my new spot.

First time in we waited in line for 30 minutes before being ID checked even and there were only 2 people ahead of us. Once we got inside we couldn't see any visible concentrates, one woman who helped us said they were all above us on the top shelf with just the names labeled outside on the boxes shipped to them. Horrible way to promote your stock firstly, we had to go through each puck to see if it was a shatter or budder consistency and she put each one back so by the time we saw a few I couldn't keep them straight or remember what we were shown. We asked which deals were going on to which she said, "All the boxes with paperclips on them are the discounts" Huh? I couldn't believe how bad it was.This entire place was beyond unprofessional in many ways in our opinion as we have been to many dispensaries in the state and never come close to this bad of service.

You will pay 2-3 times as much as another dispensary for lower quality product. Employees are nice though.

Was referred here by Marlena who I could not thank enough! She was so knowledgeable, caring, and kind! My boyfriend and I are both veterans and struggle with PTSD. We have not been able to find anything to really help but we did here at Ascend! Great spot and I highly recommend!

I don't appreciate being treated with disrespect from the lady with a piercing on her lip. I got a ride to the place walked in and she told me you need to park a different way or go to a different place. Was yelled at from the moment I walked in. When I was walking out asking my son to move and 3 other cars parked the same way. She came out yelling after I was outside. I will never go back to your place. That girl needs to be fired for being rude. I need my prescribed meds and can't even get them because of rude staff. My drive turned into a 30 minute drive instead of 5. Don't go there don't recommend at all.. Thank you Green solution for having great customer service. I recommend green solution over this place anytime. I recommend any place but them... I rather go without then go back there...
